Here's all the endings/certificates, and how to get them:
"Completion" = get all the haunted animatronics in the pizzeria and burn them at the end
"Mediocrity" = go though the entire game with 0 FazPoints at the end
"Blacklisted" = end the game with 50+ liability risk
"Lorekeeper" = get all endings in the arcade games (Fruity Maze, The Puppet and Midnight Motorist)
"Bankruptcy" = use all your money and settle a lawsuit (i.e. get in debt)
"Insanity" = buy the Egg Baby. Then at the next night, turn off the computer and press the button/light at the lower left corner of the computer. Henry will talk about William, and his plan. You can also see blueprints on how some animatronics work. Like the lure system in the vents and LEFTY

I have good memories of this livestream. It was a pretty warm day despite it being December, and my dad was on his way to school to pick me up, as I wasn't feeling well and had a fever. When I arrived back home, I was so chilly that I filled the couch with as many blankets as I could, and sipped the chicken noodle soup my dad made as fast as I could without burning myself. I turned on my phone to find out that Mark was streaming for the first time in a while. It was this stream, and I watched it from I want to say the 13 minute mark (no pun intended) to the end. Definitely one of my better sick days, and it's cool that Mark decided to stream that day. Thanks man.

It adds to the sadness and it's kindof brilliant. The cheerful sounds and colors juxtaposed to the tragedy of the cutscene undermines the tragedy and kind of even reflects the heartless of how Afton profits off of the tormentor his victims. It gives you a taste of the sadness his victims feel with the happiness afton feels when the remnant made from it works in his favor.

Actually, Egg Baby does do something. When you get it, the light onthe computer changes and you can turn off the computer and restart. That will bring you to how the animatronics work and different secret files. Like this so Mark sees

I just love how in this one Mark does the exact opposite of what Henry intended. Instead of a fake pizzeria to trap all of the animatronics in one place - Mark legitimately starts a huge money-making business, gets rid of the all the dodgy animatronics - and enchants an entire generation of children and adults alike. xD Well done Mark.
Henry then fires Mark out of sheer anger and tries to do his plan. When he lures the shifty animatronics back to the place, it would work but now he had to do Mark's job of ordering supplies and on top of that, survive the animatronics. Henry is so set on his plan, but he also changed the way the pizzeria had been set up. He gets rid of the the safe stuff and replaces them with stuff that he likes, which unfortunately for him, is the stuff that has liability risk.
