- I go for a Quick Drive in the limited-edition 2020 Acura TLX PMC Edition. It combines the A-Spec package and the Tech package, which you usually can't get together. In addition to this unique combo, the car is also hand-built in the same factory as the NSX and given the same red paint as the NSX too. With only 360 being made, this is the ultimate TLX before the next-gen arrives. What do you think about the PMC Edition? Thanks to Acura for bringing this car to the 2019 WAPA Rally!

Too bad they don't offer any manuals anymore. The TL and TSX manuals from 2004-2008 were among the best.

I absolutely love what Acura is doing with their exterior styling in the last couple years. Its just too bad that with styling getting better, their quality has gotten so bad. Honda/Acura is near the bottom of reliability ratings the last couple years. I'd love this styling with mid 2000's powertrains.

You have to be a real fan of Honda/ACURA to consider this car. As such, I love it. I’ve had 2 generations of TLs. Finally back to being a beautiful car. And that color!!!

In an era of everyone trying to put all their features behind a touch screen, it's good to have physical control such as the volume knob. People complain at the lack of things like a volume and tuning knobs. Having these is much more instant than having to go and touch a screen that's buried within a menu. I'm just saying.

The exterior design is actually nice, the grill doesn't swallow the whole bumper.

chigasaki06 fucktard, I am speaking from experience, my dealer sold it for $45k. Go price out tlx with v6, shawd, advance and aspec, it was literally cheaper than the sum of those on regular tlx. The paint and hand build came out free. 245/360.

A lot of imported vehicles coming into the United States market are mostly automatic transmissions. There needs to be more manual transmission cars to be more competitive in availability, especially for those who hate the automatic.

Remember though this is a hand built limited production car for $50k. Name a single other car that you can have hand built in a limited quantity from a major manufacture for roughly $50k...

Really nice car. 51k is too much though.
Auto start stop feature on this car sucks, it defaults on every time you start the car. And when you select it off, you get a amber light on the dashboard telling you something is wrong all the time.

@@CAC241982 We will see about that, because I used to have a 2012 TL 3.7 Advance Sh-AWD, and that thing is pretty fast. 0-100 felt like 12 seconds (exaggeration), it felt like that for a 306hp.

I guess Im old but I can not stand the tablet glued to the dashboard look that all manufacturers are going with now. I just think the infotainment integrated into the dash looks so much cleaner. I wish they would keep that look but with the modern stuff like car-play and android auto.
"I'd rather get a stinger than this". Okay a stinger is a much larger car. And a stinger does not have sh AWD which is the best performance awd there is. The stinger also has an unproven TT motor compared to this honda motor. They're both very interesting cars. If I was in the market I'd definitely have to drive both. Although the infotainment on this is almost game over off the bat.

Nice car. You know what I don't like though? When the car manufacturer hires a new head designer and the guy tries to change the design language too quickly. With the new refresh models with lincoln and Acura, you can see that they try to change the front facia but it doesn't match the rest of the car which was the work of the old designer. Better to keep the old designer and let him finish the car in the 5 years time.
Same interiors, same car for last 3 years the mdx tlx and rdx are identical in v6 engine models and transmissions 17'-20'.

at this point why does acura and Infiniti still exist. theyre cars are sooo boring now and they arent great on sales either both of which is completely their own (well the parent company's) fault. this car is dumb bro, it looks great but why is it hand made when its the exact same components and performance as the standard car? Youre literally not gaining a single thing as a consumer, its basically just marketing. Also why do acuras have worse center console designs than new hondas? Shit that entire dash, even in the new suv interior looks really ugly to say the least

Hondas are literally higher rated and overall better than Acuras and theyre supposed the luxury variant. go back and drive a 90's acura or early 2000's acura and you'll know what im talking about, theyre nothing like what they used to be and some of the cheaper models like the ILX arent anywhere near "luxury". Ive owned several, you need to do your own research

I have a TLX and you're right. The performance is there, but it's not there. It's weird. But I will say it rides like a dream. It has a great balance of performance vs comfort. But don't buy it for performance.
