@bob Hertz I gave up travel years ago, when it became very clear that we were killing the planet (and spreading diseases, and inviting the horrors of globalism). Prior to that I lived in various countries, both my own First World country, and very poor Third World countries. I learned via experience, that cleanliness is first and foremost, honour. It has nothing to do with wealth, or technology. One of the cleanest peoples I've encountered (after Japanese and Koreans), are South East Asian Muslims, no matter how poor. And then you have English and Americans running filthy commercial kitchens.

Just cook it at home. It looked like eggs, onion, spring onions, carrots, and balongne and cheese with cabbage and ketchup.
My cousins from my mom's side came to visit for a month and I was dumb founded that they were putting ketchup on turkey and cheese sandwich. Koreans love ketchup n cheese haha
