I noticed that they've started using heavy, pop-style artistic vocal processing in some spots. Their voices are so perfect that it's really hard to tell how much is being done to the 'instrumental' tracks but their uncanny cleanliness *might* be in part due to processing. It would be very interesting if MayTree gave us a tour of their new production process.

Whoah I know all acapella groups need a wide range of voices but I never knew his voice was THAT low. Y'all are so talented!
Each of the band has a voice special in its own talent……individually you could appreciate each alone. In harmony together they are incredible. How the guy at the back manages all those percussive sounds, trills and beat boxing is beyond me.
I cannot explain how good this is..
And their voice made this a masterpiece!

They are good, but I do honestly prefer Pentatonix. Maybe I just need to listen to more Maytree, but right now, I think Pentatonix is better.

@@MrRedBuilder my issue with Pentatonix is all their stuff is so overly produced now. They sound like slightly more vocally focused pop-stars these days, a far cry from their roots as an essentially pure accapella group that performed live on video for most/all of their vids.

Bit of a dark fantasy vibe to this rendition, and I dig it! The color-changing flames, spiraling fireworks, a silhouette of a dragon in the background, the one girl looking like she has almost draconic or feline-shaped irises...very neat stuff.
