At first, the point is to roast the potatoes to a golden color on a low heat~!!!
When the potatoes are fully cooked, bake them for a while on medium heat . It makes them more crispy😍😍

포크에 꽃아서 채칼로 채썰어 물에 담가서 전분기를 빼준뒤에 소금 밀가루 넣괴팬에 노릇하게 지져서 모짜렐라치즈얹고 체다치즈 얹어서 반을접은다음에 노릇하게 구워주면 완성이네요 요거 한번 만들어 볼께요

I used shredded sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes and loved the result. Will try to use shredded jicama next as healthier alternative 🤤
