OOhhh there's nothing like it. It is wonderful going about your day on your own schedule. Doing what you want or don't want whenever you feel like it. I LOVE living alone.
Been living alone for years…I bought Saladmaster surgical steel pots, I was motivated to use them which led me to try cooking several dishes and bring to church potlucks or friends parties-everyone loved the taste because the high quality stainless steel pots keep the flavours intact, esp with waterless cooking!
Also bought Cutco knives which can cut carrots and green leaves finely like hair and match sticks.
These products will last a lifetime!

depends on your schedule and life. i work from home and definitely could cook each meal every time, but i really cant be bothered, so i cook in bulk for a few days ahead. then again i would prefer fresh food but it just comes down to me being lazy. ppl not working at home or having more than yourself to look after definitely can have harder time to find that time to cook fresh every meal.
Your life is incredible. You’ve clearly worked really hard to get to where you are and continue to work hard to maintain it. It’s inspirational!

Not necessarily. They type of food she is eating as well. Full fat and fermented is great. Avocado and eggs full fat it burns more fat. two types of kimchi that is great for your gut. Not fattening at all and healthy.
