SBS recruits heavily from British Royal Marine Commandos.CAG was was molded heavily from SAS and it’s not really a secret as to where CAG adopted a lot of its methods. SAS, SBS, DEVGRU, Delta Force are all amazing units. One other unit from Poland called GROM, they too are tier 1 and top notch. All units train with each other and use over 5,000 rounds of live ammo a week just in kill house training.
