Hmm, I just realized from a human perspective my comment sounds...really dirty (no pun intended ^_- ).
From a cat's perspective the butt/genitals would be the area that needs the most attention and where a kitten might have trouble grooming himself (as well as behind his head/neck). It's only natural that GB would focus on those areas to groom :)
Grooming also applies GB's scent to Tan telling Tan and other animals that GB is the boss.

As usual Milky loves Ice, no wonder why he looks like a bear. GB is busy grooming his little brother how sweet of him. Thank you so much for bringing Milky to summer.
