This dude was on the hot seat this entire season. He finally delivered.

Couch Bud has give his everything for the bucks to win and you can see that in his eyes. Give this man the respect he deserves. Made bucks one of the best teams in the regular season and from 1st round exit if at Playoffs at all made bucks 2/3 years in ECF one semis and this year finals all this in 3 years! The first two years bucks were abit predictable with Giannis with the ball in the top of the key. This year he made the bucks unpredictable and he got better and more diverse as a couch. Giannis setting the screen in the pick and roll. Running side pick and rolls for Giannis and moving the ball much more. He is not perfect but who is?? Bud is getting bucks and himself better and on top he is a humble couch teacher of bball that fits with the humble personality of Giannis kris and jrue and rest of the crew! I hope couch Bud stays for many years

Coach Bud and the crew of Bucks have been steadily building this team in "old fashion Spurs style." All the 3 star players are low-key guys with laidback personality, while play so unselfishly, they would care less of anything else despite winning, the team-first attitude is obviously there. And when your star players set an example like that, the role player can only follow. With a few addition on backup PG and a 3-N-D guy they could build a dynasty there.

mike budenholzer, ppe. you won't get an extra word from him - keeps his cards close to his chest. but from their trajectory in the last few years you can kinda see the method behind the madness. he's been testing the team, the league etc - lets hope that now they gonna close. I fully believe in them but don't forget it's also down to luck, always a factor. think last game: one point difference in the final seconds. if jru hadn't stolen from book we might've been talking a very different game! fingers crossed - Go Bucks!!!!

You can do it coach. You have a pretty tough job to do, given that your players have no basketball knowledge whatsoever. But they have other qualities that are hard to find in other teams. You really need to work on the "gentle giant" syndrome this team has. (including yourself)
