I think the right mob won, to be honest. The glare is only useful for Bedrock players as Java players have the F3 menu. And the copper golem is rather useless in general. The allay introduced a new way of sorting items and operating farms. But that was my thought process.
Certainly feels like they were thinking the copper golem would win though. Copper is everywhere in the game but not all that useful as far as I could see.
That's just me, though. I'm happy the community was involved :)
@@mitchib1440 While Aley won is not a bad thing, the glare lighting up the area seems interesting. It is basically a walking torch. Also, the new underground mob can make the lush cave lively. For copper golem, I just wish we have more golem since all golem just get defeated.

@@kaiwatson18 that would be AWSOME. I wish the biome vote went to the savannah instead of the tundra. Foxes (to me) aren’t all to useful (but they are cute) and sweet berries are just the worst food source. But those new trees with ostriches and termites seemed really interesting. Its cool we are getting a swamp update now though.

I love that the people at Mojang like Vu acknowledge the Phantom’s terrible reputation and the uselessness of the Glow Squid. They were literally surprised when it was picked and were probably expecting it to be the first voted out, a bit of a placeholder or joke mob.

Vu passive aggresively reminding us the Moobloom was a way better choice for passive mob than the Glowsquid made me laugh a lot harder than it probaly should have
i would have been fine with moobloom and loved chillager but the only use for glow sauids is to build a glow squid tourture chamber

That's impossible bcuz just like more than 1000000 voted this year, so if we want that thing to happen we would need a number that can be divided by 3 and not a single extra person, we all have to agree to vote certain mob and there is a possibilty many ppl don't agree and if that such rare such draw happened, Mojang would untie the votes.

In bedrock and console also nintendo we dont have a f3 menu like on pc
We arnt redstone monsters most of us dont know how to use a repeater

Unfortunately, I think we all knew the Glare wasn't going to make it. It just wasn't as useful or unique as the other two.
The Allay by far had the most information and use presented in it's promo. If they talked about how the Copper Golem could be repaired or how the Glare could ward off monsters in their promos, they might have had better shots at winning.

I agree. The more information would have been nice, especially with the copper golem, but I’m still glad that the allay one and I can use them as cheap “valuable and trustworthy employees”

I think the Glare and Copper Golem still would've lost anyway. Both can already be replicated in game with pretty much every light source and a chicken in a 2x1 tunnel with a piston respectively. You can argue that Allay could be replicated with a hopper in a minecart, but it burns up significantly less resources than a hopper in a minecart.

Let's be honest, the glare had no chance of winning. The copper golem and the alley were both unique and great a concept. It would be better if the Glare was possible to be tamed using moss blocks or moss itself (so they add moss) and you can even ride it. This would basically be useful for people who dont have the elytra. And if it's in an area dark enough for monsters, it starts shaking and signals you to go somewhere else.
Exactly , it would have been a tough choice between those three if the glare had an Actual use , kinda sad that it isn't here but comparatively we had to vote for one which we consider as the best. Really wish they had implemented all , a tame-able glare is a cool idea and it would be an unique pet. Allay served as the cutest and most purposeful one out of all

In my opinion, I think it should be eathier the allay or the glare. The copper golem is kinda useless, although you could make a trap with copper buttons to have a nice statue in your garden. The glare is extremely useful as if you don't have torches it could bring you back to safety or to another brighter/more shallow cave. Also, the allay is ALSO very useful because you could drop a diamond or netherite helmet, and it will bring you a diamond or netherite sword 🗡️⚔️. So those are my 2 reasons why you should pick the glare or allay
