I took few seconds break after 10 minutes of workout to make body to realize what am I trying today... then continued till the end. Once we teach our mind to focus, all possible, including weight loss. Thank you for the cardio that wont hurt the knees.

I love this workout and it's good for senior citizen like me, it is not hard and to me, it's very easy. I am sweating after 30 minutes, and at the same time I am listening to my favorite worship while I'm doing this exercise. I did yesterday the 30min Cardio Walking Workout and wanted to continue doing it for the next few days, only, 5min into this Workout I realized that I accidentally saved the wrong workout from you in my playlist. I still decided to go through with this one (because I've already done 5min and couldn't just stop in the middle of it) and I feel so satisfied! I did it even twice!!
