JAY REALLY PROVED HIMSELF THIS TIME. You can also see his leader material at this episode guiding jungwon behind the scenes. Wow one thing that really stand out for me was on ep 1. When sunghoon said that he could do better from their first performance and asked Jay if he is trying to appeal and jay replied to him “it’s fine to appeal it is your freedom” THOSE WORDS GOT ME LIKE. This baby is going places he knows what he do.

Haha it's alright. He acknowledges Sunghoon's skills and capabilities but Rain mostly prefer a swag personality like K,Jay.. I think the other producers likes Sunghoon more 🤗
I was a bit miffed about that but when I think about it now, they said to judge it based on all 4 stages. In 1st test he was invisible for me(didn't stand out, not that he did bad), 2nd(He did great), in the 3rd test he did great on the facial expressions especially but his dancing was outshined by Jungwon and K so basically outshined again although he held on pretty well, 4th test he did amazing again.
So basically, he goes up and down and up and down in the producers point of view so maybe Rain is worried about his consistency. Most of the easy to eliminate people in i-land were already gone by then so he had to pick the one that had the least impressions on him overall. He was probably going to go with Jake but he saw more of his potential and treats Jay like his son, Jungwon he said was the best, K, he thought he did great for all except this last test but said that he was probably sick, Heeseung is bighit's ace so they can't eliminate him, he thinks that Geonu is needed by the team so that leaves Sunghoon, EJ and Seon.
I'm just trying to offer his perspective on why he did it, but like you I am also annoyed at that.
I was also wondering why he wanted to vote Sunghoon out. He had one of the highest scores and never once let his team down.
Sunghoon got 81 which is 2nd to the highest score! Well deserved , please let him debut. He did really great. From 3rd to the highest to 2nd to the highest score. I see improvement.

I thnk goenu doesnt give out facial expressions when performing. Thats what judges said that he had just a straight face through out the performance..maybe thats why judges decided that
Don't underestimate the facial expression, it's also important! It can make audiences moves by their performances. I didn't find any injustice in the producer's judgment, it's pretty objective tho. Sometimes Geonu's expression kinda off. But yeah I'm so sad and my heart hurts seeing Geonu left the i-land even hurt his leg😭 Anyway, I'm begging y'all to vote Geonu. Please he deserves to debut. He's the vocal king. Group needs him! 😭😭😭😭

Sally Lee Sally Lee yees facial expressions are very important and geonu should improve that but taking in account all performances geonu’s vocals overpowered others yet the producers never complimented him about it :( geonu must debuut! he is so talented lets keep voting and supporting him ❤️

@@hima571 I'm thankful for Heeseung tho. Also, I guess he's not only willing to change parts with Jungwon but also he wanted to shine too because it has a solo part and a rap. When you said "and the results jungwon get a high score" was so dumb coz tbh both of them really did shine on their parts. Don't ever blame Jungwon getting a high score (literally the highest score) because it'snot his fault and his performance is amazing and if you have doubts then watch his fancam. Actually I didn't watched I-land. And I am regreting now for not watching the show. After enhypen debut, I started to become a fan of them and now I am an engene. And yes, i'm so happy that my top 6 debuted, i was sure about these top6 but couldn't pick num 7 bcz i was confused about some trainees like K, niki, geonu. Niki wasn't doing good atfirst but he shined so much in the last, and i'm happy that he made it to the debut group.
And I-land was really fun to watch. There were new things every ep, so i didn't get bored and it made me to see the whole show. I heard that bighit is taking audition for girl trainees and will make another iland for girls. Keep eyes on that.

I want him to be in i-land as well, but I see why the producers picked him. He executes the dancing and singing really well, but his actual stage presence and facial expressions make him not stand out. However, in the grounder's performance he really killed it there so he deserves out vote and he and proved the producers wrong!
let's talk about the improvement of Jake eggies! He improves a lot from 45 to 75!! What a big jump! And it's because of his hardwork & passion. And boy look at Rain's reaction every time the camera is on Jake, looks like am not the only one who's whipped by Jake's charisma!!!

In this test I can see jay trying his label best to prove his talent and yes he did it ...and of course Jake ,heesung,sunghoon, but its sad see geonu leaving 💔

K got a very low score because the producers were expecting high top rated performance from him, not only because his doing “center” but because he is “K” the topnocher on I-lander; best main dancer/choreographer. He could aced a top score here but somehow sh*t do happens unexpectedly, whether you will get sick or injured, but anyway, personally I think, producers focused more on his vocals here, he didn’t do good in falsettos, he clearly messed up, to think he has pretty good and stable vocals, but hey c’mon give this boy a chance he had a freakin sore throat, he was sick, I bet for practicing too hard for weeks, not enough rest for sure, but anyway, he managed to finish his performance pretty good actually here, not his usual high energy but you can tell he really gave his all, still loves him to the max and I can’t wait for Part 2, we still have 6 episodes coming, I know you will kill those performances, believe me he will continue to rise back to top 1 and bring back the glory, yes, he still the #1 for me, congrats for being the top 6, Fighting K !
