Originally they kept crossroads to maintain the idea that they will retain their musicality during the merge. Labyrinth I think is their way of seeing if the public likes the different styles that they’re thinking of shifting to.

I think it's because rather than switching concepts just to do a new concept, they're telling a story with their switch up.
Yes seems like they have no problem switching many concept. They looks great too performing fingertip & fever, it doesn't sound awkward. I watch their b-side stage that's called L.U.V , it's so different with Gfriend style and they nailed that concept too.

I think it's because others overdo it to the point it's cringy. Some rap parts are unnecessary and sometimes ruin the songs. There are songs that sound like 4 in 1 😐. I enjoy some songs like that because they're catchy but lose my interest real quick. This song is catchy but soft in the ears so I can listen to it over and over. Gfriend has their own essence and brings something unique to the table.
