They are the scariest group I've ever seen in K-pop in terms of performance. The team who arranged this song, developed the storyline, artful stage design (and props), the back-up dancers, directors, dance choreographer, and the members of THE BOYZ themselves are worthy of praise. It won't hurt to say that they're making a history for large audiences that have never seen nor experienced this 4th generation group (performance & music) before. There's more to come, can we handle it?

He was injured when they performed this. And we have no idea how much pain he had to endure for this stage. I seriously found it both amazing and heartbroken when i see he dance, cause he didn't slack off. His facial expression, even when he was at the back? He was so determined !! Kevin is amazing. Totally worthy of praise, i wanna pat him and tell him that im really proud of him!

The boyz told a whole story in a survival show and that’s a king behavior. The way they use the stage is amazing and definitely worthy of praise, also watching other groups react to them makes me sure they’ll be first. Those who say they used a choreographer all I have to say is every group used a choreographer. It’s about storytelling and how to present it and they do it so well.
And even if they used a choreographer I’m a 100% sure they came up with the concept themselves so they deserve the praise
but lets not expect too much, in the 2nd round i think they lost (NOT A HATER ACTUALLY LOVE THE BOYZ AND IM ONLY WATCHING RTK CUZ OF THEM and verivery) because in the ending part of ep 3 where they're showing some clips, juyeon said (not the exact words) "I thought 'we will be forever first place'" but i will root for the boyz till the end of rtk and wish that mnet will not suck on rtk just like in produce :(

I watched this performance a million times already and I’m still so impressed that the guys and the background dancers in the “painting” stayed completely still for like 20 seconds. I know it’s not that hard to do but it made for a beautiful backdrop as Changmin and Kevin danced and also as Sangyeon did his part.
Kevin is such a pro for handling the pain like that. Kevin if you are reading this, pls dont hurt yourself ಥ‿ಥ. Also eric doing amazing stunt as always. Changmin setting fire. Juyeon handstand. 3rd win in a row got it!

This really reminds me of the movie The Hunger Games (I know the performance is inspired by the books and movies). Especially now that after The Boyz won on Road to Kingdom last year they have to "battle" again this year in Kingdom just like the victors had to battle again in the Quarter Quell. Kevin is genius!

They have to keep their face as they invited the boyz in rtk means they had to fight to reach Kingdom while other teams on Kingdom just got there. So if the boyz did well and ranked high on Kingdom too mnet would be called out and people will laugh how they invited the boyz on show before thinking they don't deserve to perform in Kingdom without any effort. I don't know if this comment makes sense as English isnt my language.

@@tbzcrack4984 after the 1st episode, I changed my perspective about the show, THE BOYZ has won the battle of concept in RTK which build their reputation as master of concept, and now they are competing in a fiercer battleground which is, global popularity.
No matter how messed up KD is, I think it’s still a good opportunity for them to grow and strengthen their mentality as group. I could see in each performance rather then the urge to impress, they took pride in it as if they’re telling us : “THIS IS US, THE BOYZ”
@@melodieluanepaula actually there are 3 voting criteria 1 for fans 1 for experts 1 for groups in the kingdom.. As you know we have little fans so we mostly rank last in that portion next on experts they didn't gave us good points in no air but they place red wedding at 2nd place. Next comes the group portion where the boyz also place last most of the time as I think idols like loud and cool concepts like ateez performances but the boyz always try something different that's why the don't get good ranks...

Those dislike one probably from the other opponents fans. As you know there’s a group fandom who not satisfied with their idol result last week and kept blaming Mnet making fake result and accused The Boyz that they just playing trick and having too much props on stage to get no.1 / why have mentor during practice time which is unfair bla bla bla. While they forgot last week vote was vote by all the contestant themselves.

This song is an absolute bop, it's catchy (i personally like this even better than the original arrangement), it still lingers in my head after only 1 listen, and the performance was out of this world. RTK era made me stan them, i'm looking forward for their next comebacks because they're certainly getting better. I just wish more people recognize them, they're all so talented!!! Seriously like, yall wake up dont sleep on talents, watch their rtk performances you definitely wont regret it
난 이 무대가 제일 충격적인 게 혁명이라고 하면 지금껏 왕의 자리를 뺏는 반역자나 반역자로부터 그 자리를 지키는 왕만 생각했는데 왕이자 반역자인 존재를 나로 설정해 놓고 시작했다는 게 진짜 놀라움

this is the first time i heard people say they dont suit their cute concepts when in fact they are one of the *only few boy groups who can effortlessly pull off fresh and cute concepts without being cringey* and also dont forget how they *slay* every girl group song they cover (especially twice and snsd songs). people who said that are probably those bg stans who prefer darker/sexy concepts over cute/light concepts and are the same people who trash on girl groups for having cute concepts just because they think badass and heavy concepts are the standard in kpop when in reality it's really not. tbh, for me bloom bloom was their best era and the fact that they got their first win with that song proves my point.
either way, the boyz doing dark or cute concepts, it doesnt really matter because we all know they are going to pull it off and that just proves their duality and how versatile of a group they are to fit in any concept.
