Trust me she's such an intellectual and very emotionally intelligent too. She's more than just her pretty face and talents. She's really smart, she knew she had to challenge and grow as an artist and do things she's afraid to in order to break her inhibitions and because she always gets to rap so she took every opportunity to sing. She could have comfortably chosen to rap (which is her forte) and dance but she did the opposite and sang (which she doesn't more than 2 lines in CLC songs)

being a cheshire for almost 5 years now this is making me CRY. We as fans always knew Yeeun had this in her, and it's so amazing to finally see her show her potential through this show!
She represented CLC so well too by showing how versatile she is, because that’s CLC’s whole concept as a group, always changing and showing you different colors that make them one “Crystal Clear” group. It’s actually genius how she changed it up every episode, so I really hope korean audience look into CLC now that their comeback is coming!!!

무대자체보다 예은의 전략이 정말 좋다. 마지막 라운드에서 자기가 제일 잘하는 것보다 보여주지 못한 걸 보여주는 게 도전적이고, 장기적으로는 그것이 본인을 성장시킬 것이라는 걸 알고서 한 선택이라고 느껴진다. 어린 나이 뒤에 숨어 어리숙한 척 하지만 정말 약았다. 그래서 멋있다.

There are so many aces in CLC. 6 out of 7 members can rap, all of them are really good vocalists, and half of the group dance like main dancers. But yeeun definitely is the biggest ace, we cheshires always knew she's a great rapper and dancer but she's also becoming a good vocalists. And most important of all she's not afraid to challenge herself and that's a really great quality to grow as an artist.
All these years, 5 six years since debut and she hardly sang more then 2 lines in CLC songs but here our ace is yet again challenging herself by singing a full song and being a main vocalist. Many new people in the last performances assume she was the main vocalist/lead vocals/visual when in reality she is only the main rapper.
To everyone who's still ignoring CLC, please consider checking them out, they have really good bsides even if you're don't like the title tracks. Also Because you will be doing yourself a favor by Stanning and supporting these talented girls, who are so underappreciated for the amount of talent they have that it should be a punishable offence seriously.

The fact that cube continually keep holding clc back, this is their potential, and not even close because yeeun is just 1/7. CLC are so talented and a complete group. They deserves so much more both from kpop stans and their company

Like people where fascinated by seunghee voice on la vie en rose and her ost "really bad guy" because they show it. Same for seungyeon dancing until black dress, or sorn singing. Its just very recently that we can appreciate more content and their talent more beside their songs from the girls because of their cover and videos. But without that...we didn't see a lot until that. Good girl is an opportunity for yeeun to showcase her skills

개인적으로 이 노래 들을때마다 눈물남. 아직 작은 틀에 갖혀서 아직 어리니까 뭘 모른다, 힘이 없으니까 라는 이유로 말을 해도 아무도 들어주지 않는 세상에서 포기하지 않는 반짝임이 너무 좋아. 언젠가 목소리가 온 세상을 울리고 모두가 자신을 바라보게 하려고 노력하는 걸 인어공주한테 비유한 것도 좋아. 언젠가 파도소리에 묻히는 소리를 가진 인어공주가 아니라 스스로 거대한 파도로 온 세상에 울림을 주는 존재가 되었으면 좋겠다.

This girl Yeeun has been showcasing wild and undeniable versatility while others are relying on what and where they are good at and afraid to take risks. Just a Rapper you say? Let her just stand and prove everyone that she's a total performer.

She's been considered a triple threat for a very long time. She knows she can rap, dance and sing, what's the risk then? Just because Cube only gives her rap line doesn't mean that anything outside of that is a risk to take. She overcame the stress of performing alone, that's pretty much it. I'm not trying to discredit what she did, I loved all her stages and I've been a fan of CLC for a long time, but I just don't see this risk you speak of, specially when saying that the others took no risk at all when most of them in fact had to do different stuff to fit their different styles of groups during the show.

You make it sound like everyone expected this and credited her as a triple threat then why 90% of the commenters are surprised that she had this in her and could do those notes?... Also she hasn't sang more than 2 lines in CLC songs and only did so in few songs.
Even recently in a live she said she wasn't really confident in singing because she hasnt sang in a long time. And I remember really well in one of her radio episode she mentioned she has stopped practicing vocals since debut and more confident at rapping.. So it's a risk and she definitely challenged herself, by singing fully and completely relying on her vocals to win in a competition.

I would've wished that Yeeun would have showed her calm rap with this one but it's a really good song even this way.
Nonetheless this just proves Yeeun's and CLC's versatility that they have been showcasing these last years.
Also do not forget Yeeun did not get any extra budget for this round so she filled it up with herself and basic stage props (lighting, bubbles etc.).
I think she wanted to show her vocals only.
People know she is more than an amazing rapper but they didnt know she could sing like this (she could easily be a lead vocalist). She represents CLC and this concept is crystal clear. I can't be more proud. I think not every song needs a rap but you are right. She would have showed her amazing singing and rapping.
@@camrenlover3006 Agree, regardless of that, I think she took the wisest decision. She didn't have the budget to pay for dancers, props, or something like that, so she said "ok, I'll show my feelings and my skills in the most sincere way possible" and she did it and I totally respect her and admire for that.
Plus the song is really beautiful, the lyrics are touching and emotional; this, 'Barbie' and 'Don't cry for me', are the only songs from the show I've been listening non-stop, and 'Mermaid' can even make me cry a bit depending on my mood. As a Cheshire since the pre-debut era, and she being my bias since those days where they were performing on the streets, I can say that I feel so proud of her and proud of being her fan. She has such a really good attitude and a huge desire to grow and mature. :")
노래 진짜 좋은데 전지우는 퍼포먼스가 있었고 예은은 퍼포먼스가 없어서 진 걸 수도 있겠다 예은이 목소리도 좋고 그래도 서서 노래 불러서 무대 장악하는 건 쫌 힘들어ㅆ를 수도 있었을 듯 게다가 온라인 판정단이라 목소리 울림이 그렇게 전해지진 않은 듯

I almost cried coz of how proud I am of her. She really did great since she was originally a main rapper. Pls dont sleep on CLC anymore. They are a great group. Very talented. And I hope Cube gives more attention to them, invest world tours especially on US if Korea will still sleep on them. Only after the pandemic. I think Westerns will like their badass sassy concept.

And just think about this, y’all: She can do all this and she isn’t even part of CLC’s vocal line. That’s how good they are. Their main vocalist Seunghee is a god-tier singer. Save all your coins, save all your votes, and when they come back, let’s buy their album and get them more wins. They should have won for Hobgoblin, they should have won for Black Dress, they should have won for Pepe. Seriously, have you heard that song lately? It still is one of the best debut songs EVER.
