I love Suni's mom's reaction. I'd be doing the same thing, wth, i'm tearing up even though i'm not her mom. I'm so, so, very proud of this girl. I used to follow Michelle Kwan's grace and stylish move on ice and then stopped watching the olympics because live got busy but then thanks to COVID, last year we get to be couch potatoes so i tuned in and saw this wonderful young Sunisa dazzled the gymnastic world so i decided to follow her and had enjoyed every of her performances. Simply elegant and breath taking. Congratulations Sunisa, a well deserved win.

Simone Biles is the true leader, she was not afraid to accept her vulnerabilities because she understands that she is a creature and not the Creator who is infinitely immutable. Simone showed what wisdom and grace was granted to her and did not take it for granted. With such display of wisdom and grace it shows the true me you can't see, and that is the power in her character. Be encourage Simone, don't think that you have been defeated. You've climb to the summit of the mountain now you have the strength and courage to teach others how to climb. Stay graceful and wise. That is your gold medal.

Sure, she is an all time Olympics medalist, but she is a failure because she betrayed her teammates and the USA by abandoning her teammates while they were competing on a team event. Imagine you are in the middle of battle, then your general suddenly just blurts out, alright troops, I am not injured. I am perfectly fine. I have been to so many wars before. I will be ok, BUT I am all leaving you now because I cannot do this anymore due to mental illness. You guys just do what it takes to survive out here. Then walks away. That is the real reason why Simone was stripped of her championship medals and will forever be a remembered as a quitter. She abandoned her teammates. Period.
Nobody cares about what was done in 2016……it’s NOW that counts and Suni stepped up to the challenge and didn’t let the pressure get to her. She’s a true champion in n every sense of the word.
Nobody cares what Simone did in the past. That’s over. Everyone saw and knows that she melted down when she could not do what she had to do. Instead of giving it her all…..she quits. I’d she had a problem then she never should have gone to Tokyo. She should have stayed home and taken care of herself and allowed another young an opportunity to join the team. Talk about selfish. Simone screwed a young lady out of a spot on the team so she could go to Tokyo and make it all about herself and it came back to bite her….karma.
