I'm 22 and just moved out to my first apartment. Everything is overwhelming and I feel a little bit sad and lost. I've had some major disagreements with my parents, esp my mum which hurts cause we were close. Dysfunctional family. I feel like I'm always questioning my perception of reality. I'm grateful to still have a job at this time and able to support myself. fantasised about being independent for so long, and now feel deflated. Need to stop seeking her approval and just move on. I was also brought up very strictly (I'm a Christian) but lately have been having a lot of questions and wobbly thoughts. I'm also in my first real and loving relationship, which my parents don't approve of. They're hard to please. So I'm very happy and also feel a bit strange. Everything is a bit unsettled. Don't mind me, just thinking aloud here :-)

Something i really love about the comments to this video is the diversity of reasons for wanting to listen and why it connects to people. Sometimes it helps people focus when studying, other times it helps people relax after a hard day, and sometimes it's literally keeping people alive. For me, it lets me feel a more emotional side to myself, something i dont have the courage to let into my day to day life.
