Pat Marmo is a great person who treats every deceased person that comes under his care as if he or she is a member of his own family at a quarter of the cost that the average funeral home charges for a funeral.

Working in an Austrian funeral home with an crematorium attached to it, I may say that I witness first hand many consequences of this terrible situation.
Of course we more and more have to deal with a rising number of covid19 victims themselves, but even in non-covid19 cases things have changed drastically.
As for good reasons of course gathering of crowds larger than 5 people are not allowed these days, one might easily be able to imagine, that traditional earth burriels are no longer possible.
Therefore people are now having their lost ones cremated. This is, in the current situation, the only way to handle it, no matter if corona- or "ordinary" death.
Thing is, that even urn burriels don't take place too often now, again due to the impossibility of bringing funeral guests together.
Therefore it is pretty much impossible for the griefing families to really find peace and rest. Urns now are being stored until some uncertain future date when doing dignified celebrations and rituals will be allowed and open again for bigger groups......
In 1665 London bodies were literally thrown into lime pits. We may see that level of corpse disposal before it's over in the US.
Stop Taking All Those Bodies Just Stop.
The dead are beyond caring. Bury them as quick as you can and have memorial services once the epidemic is over. No sense risking more people's lives at a time like this.
But tRump,said Ford Motors was going to build a slew of Ventilators & 3M was going to ramp up production of vital Face Masks! What the heck is taking them so long?

Here in Detroit they're running out of space and some won't take covid bodies at all. My friend's ex hubby died and they told them cremation only

Larry, even President Trump said we'd be in for a rough ride in the coming while. Based on comments made by various members of the medical community, I think I can believe that. It's just that you thinking otherwise tells me that you'll go out and risk becoming sick yourself, or if you've contracted Covid-19 unawares, unwittingly pass it along to others. I imagine that somebody loves you, so on their behalf, maybe you should think about taking this more seriously.
