When his lawyers were arguing that he broke the law but he didn't. That was their strongest arguement. That was assumptions. Not based in fact. They even went as far as to state that a jury shouldn't be able to hold people accountable to the law. It was rediculous. The judge allowed Trump's lawyers to talk for hours and continued to cut off the prosecutions. It was a ludacris arguement that the judge should of denied outright. The judge is actively trying to help Trump's defense.

@reneebauman2994 I don't think he did. I think he allowed a show that show how inexperienced he is as a judge. That then Trump and others can use to bring up more discourse. Instead of doing what a seasoned judge would of done and stated if you have an issue you can appeal this with the SC on the federal level charges or bring another lawsuit against the state for violation of your federal rights. At this time. There is no ruling or understanding. You are innocent until proven guilty by a jury and judge of the laws in the state. These are state charges. So no. It shows just how partisan and green he really is.
@reneebauman2994 the charges have nothing to do with federal charges. They are STATE charges. If he wants to argue his rights were violated he can and must take that to a FEDERAL level. Not a STATE level when the laws of the state on this are very very clear. Trump's lawyers and the judge allowed them to try to blur the lines and confuse people. It was a show all for the defense of Trump. Even the judge.
