I just figured it was a matter of time until this one did too. It turns out that isn’t the case. Lockdown or being concerned about the virus would course economic collapse(depression).
economic collapse would mean that trump cant be tired of winning anymore or be voted as next president.

Save lives and lock down the whole country, this may cause disruption in the market.
the alternative is to ignore the virus and downplay it's severity and hope nobody notices which in turn would make the stock market skyrocket.

They sacked him because, despite the threat of a virus, he threatened the Navy's Security by announcing that he was evacuating the boat, not in American waters and to the public media. This could leave the boat vulnerable to attack. He did not follow the chain of command. He knew what he was doing and what the outcome would be. Hence the send off.
