There is this saying in Scandinavia: "If the head is stupid, then the body will take the punishment." The head in this case is Trump, and the body is all the US citizens.

I am not a doctor, but I watch the news, so common sense dictated to me that the coronavirus is a threat in January, while it was still only in Asia. Intelligent people don't need other people to warn them of each and every eminent pandemic that comes along.

I really hate to push conspiracy theories, but I really believe that Trump's foot dragging has something to do with the fact that viruses hit dense populations harder than rural areas.

Well for a guy whose grandad was killed by the Spanish flu, whose transition team was briefed about pandemics by the previous administration, who met with Bill Gates to discuss world problems (including world health) early in his term, has rich businessmen friends in China, a working relationship with the leader of China, was warned about the pandemic by the intelligence community in early January, was warned about it in late January by a trusted aide, how does he continue to say no one saw this coming? If it's one thing Trump should say he knows more about than anybody, it should be pandemics. He likely heard the word at a young age when the family discussed his deceased grandad.

I know very little, but the health officials say the covid 2 (covid 19) binds to ace 2 receptors on cell to infect (people with high blood pressure get ace 2 blockers)and that blocking path can slow or stop it, also when it gets into the body it causes hyper immune response (there are natural herbs prove to control and balance that response in autoimmune diseases people) and inflammation (herbs that fight that) but they can't be patented therefore no profit = 10's of thousands will die because they won't try to cure it without man made patented chemicals.
