Fortunately for us we don't have to rely on biased reporting, crime stats are public records and published by the FBI every year.
It is true that violent crime is down overall from 2022-2023 (although it is important to note it is still above pre-pandemic levels)
However, vehicle theft and larceny are significantly up.
Again, this is all public information from teh FBI that you can look up.
Facts aren't necessary for his supporters. Facts, in fact, make a lot of them angry.
