Herd immunity is a great idea. Forcing it by allowing everyone to get sick, causing a lot of deaths, not such a great idea. Accomplishing it by developing and testing vaccinations, is the right way to do it.

A vital week (or more) was wasted fcuking around with this Boris/Backroom-Darkhorse-Guy idea.
That wasted time gave the virus exponential power which is now being reflected in the rate of infection.
Unfortunately the North East of the island of Ireland was involved in this policy but luckily most authorities there didn't fully go along with it.
A unitary entity such as an island cannot have two different approaches.
There is a higher death rate per Million in N Ireland than in the Republic but not even half as high as the big Island of England/Scotland/Wales.

He's significantly immunocompromised and is autistic so in an abundance of caution, when he complained of a bad sore throat and had a slight fever, he was placed in observation. But then, numerous hospitalizations has been a part of his life since an extreme adverse reaction to his inoculations at one years old. But thanks for your concern! Lol I'm sure that you're genuinely interested. 😉
My point of the comment is that really, none of us are in control when it comes to our health. We can do all the right things: eat well, exercise, get plenty of rest, but there are ZERO guarentees in life. We learned that the hard way when my once perfectly healthy baby was 12-months old.

He still remains in control( in charge) of what his duties are, as in he is still considered the prime minister, but if he was to die or his condition worsens and he isnt or is declared not physically fit to keep running the government or make decisions for it, he will be replaced . And be no longer in control ( in charge) of the government
