John Eastman has been under bar review for months, and still no resolution as far as I’m aware.
The judge in his disbarment proceeding recommended today that he be disbarred. Eastman may appeal to the three judge panel. Eastman testified at his proceeding and in my humble opinion, he's toast. Plus, both lawyers still have to face their criminal cases. They're done.

Ya know, when I was in the Navy under the UCMJ enlisted have a system similar to criminal law and for worst offenses get a long term at hard labor. For enlisted we could lose pay, lose rank, lose freedom for a couple months and even be put on bread and water. Yes that is still a think.

In my opinion, the US has the weakest domestic laws for Politicians of any Democratic Country. If Jeffery Clark were a lawyer in Australia or the UK or even NZ not only would he be disbarred from practicing already, he would be in prison doing a lengthy prison sentence, for his part in the Jan 6 Coup. Weak US domestic laws encourage criminals to do crimes without consequence's.
