This story, of a modern-day person being sent back in time and helping the inhabitants of the world, reminds me a lot of Inuyasha.
I love that reference, definitely reminds me of Inuyasha too, Demon slayer kind of too especially with Sneasler and the basket

Gotta be honest, I was not expecting a time-travel plot in this. But overall, this game looks like it had much more work put into it than the last ones. I'm expecting a great walkthrough with you Orange.

Same here. I so wish I could play it. But, unfortunately, money is tight for my family right now, so I can’t pick up any of the Nintendo Switch Pokémon games yet. At least, not until they go on sale or my family’s money problems end.

This is a great evolution for Pokémon. The more serious tone reminds me of Gen 1, there's plenty of callbacks to previous games while refining and modernising the core mechanics. So far really enjoying playing it.
And they finally updated raichus Pokédex entry: fire red “Its electric charges can reach even 100,000 volts. Careless contact can cause even an Indian elephant to faint” legends arceus: “It can discharge bursts of electricity exceeding 100,000 volts- a single strike with that amount of power would incapacitate one of the Copperajah of my homeland”
J hit me that since laventon is birch’s ancestor it makes sense that both of them are scared of pokemon. Laventon is almost like a precursor to birch getting chased by the poochyena XD

The easiest method I know of to remember the difference between Ancestor and Descendant is that ancestor sounds like ancient.
And descend is going down.
I remember being around 8 when X and Y came out and you were the first channel I saw. I finished your whole walkthrough 3 times, now I’m 16 and I’m glad your still doing this sort of videos.
The fact that is even possible, it’s horrifying. (I mean the fact that xy are nearly a decade old)

Man this game peaked my interest when i saw the trailer, heard it released today. Used to watch you back in the day around HG/SS and D/P. Great to see you're still at it Orange!

This game looks amazing from what I’ve seen in teasers, I’ve strayed away from most videos to try and go in blind when I get it but I can’t resist watching a play through cause it may be awhile until I actually get it

Also some stores accidentally released early copies and people who ordered the game from Amazon might have gotten a early delivery

@@chrischups If you notice the date when he pauses and saves it says it was the 22nd, so I'm pretty sure he got an advance/review copy of the game and recorded the first few episodes in advance, he just had to wait for the embargo to be lifted once the games were officially released to post.

Seeing Pokemon innovate on the game for the first time in it's history gives me hope, I was super burned out on the regular Pokemon formula.
I love the changes they've made and we're just getting started!
The regular Pokemon formula is why Pokemon is so popular the games originally followed what the anime has been doing since the beginning and that's what most Pokemon fan love , gym leader battles , catching wild Pokemon, battling the elite 4 and catching legendaries etc , But now with this change in Arceus I don't see this game being successful in the long run , ppl are only hyped about the changes for now since it's new but eventually fans will miss the Anime formula.

@@4kttrollgoat38 I think they made Pokemon exclusive on switch because that's what most ppl moved on to , most ppl that played Pokemon on 3ds and Gameboy color mostly all have switch now.
@@streetfightervsxenoverse1832 i never bought a switch but missed the authentic feel of being able to play Pokémon on gameboy and ds, being able to pull it out ur pocket and take it to ur Aunty’s house etc. isn’t the switch a console u need to plug in the wall?

Honestly, the narrative of this game feels less like the mainline series’s building a story around the gym challenge, and more in the direction of a PMD-style narrative, and I love it so much!

This gave me a flashback when I watched your black & white walkthrough and you picked oshawott, I think you named him Charlie or something. Anyways you got me to pick oshawott 10 years ago and it’s still my favorite Pokémon of all time, I just wanna thank you for introducing Pokémon to me when I was just roaming around KRplus as a kid and saw your videos and watched all of them, I still have him to this day, and I’ll 100% be picking him Tomorrow when I can use the game, thanks again for everything even tho you have no clue who I am lol,
