Something really interesting about the "ooh ooh ooh ooh": that 4-note melody is from an old Latin chant called the Dies Irae. The original text was about the biblical day of judgement and was usually sung at funerals. Today, the melody is used in a lot of classical and film music as a signal for impending danger or death, like in the intro of The Shining or the siren song in Into the Unknown. Within the album concept, it's kind of like the angels are singing and welcoming him to death.

This song makes me think of my brother's suicide and the survivors guilt I have, as well as my other siblings. "All the angels say, you are all to blame, 'cause all the angels say, you are all the same." We didn't do enough to stop him. Maybe if we called more, maybe if we lived closer, maybe if we said I love you one more time, he'd still be here with us.

I can definitely see why they didn't include this on the album, seeing as this doesn't fit the sound of Black Parade, but I wish they made a studio version SO badly. This is incredibly powerful and beautiful, and don't even get me started on if this had a music video...
