Today Keun-jjang finally decided to fix his text neck.
So I followed Keun-jjang to a pilates shop,
and the pilates instructor was really beautiful.
Keun-jjang looked really tired while doing the pilates to fix his text neck.
From now on, I should have the right posture when working.

That looks like something I need to try. It was so funny watching him do all those exercises. I could see him going beck more often because the instructor is absolutely gorgeous. And she had a great sense of humor too. I think she'd make pilates more enjoyable just with her personality.
