Also, close the capitol to the public and protect it and those inside. This will save so much money and trouble -trying to protect everyone including the public from every possible threat that could arise and also would protect them all from more possible Covid-19 exposure.

It was really bad for sure. There should have been way more police presence and the National Guard. Considering there were only 500 Capitol Police for all those rioters though, more lives than 5 easily could've been lost.
