Don't see why instigating a terrorist attack on The Republic from within should have any less statute of limitations from without. In the meantime, Congress should continue with IMPEACHMENT and send it to the Senate, after all, it is their sworn oath of office to the Constitution to do so.

When you see Capitol police opening barricades and waving these people through, it’s very clear this was an inside job. Apparently the goal was to get the actual electoral votes, the ones the House/Senate aides carried onto the floor. They took those boxes when they evacuated, otherwise they would have been captured and destroyed.
