I'm embarrassed to know that he is part of my states government.
While Americas economy is on a ventilator fighting to stay alive and its people are struggling, physically, emotionally and financially due to restrictions and shutdowns of last year, our House is more occupied with trying to impeach a president with a week left in office before they recess for their next break yet they diliberate for months over how little money to GIVE BACK to those that need it ....... Just shows how much they actually care about the American people. I fully believe every single one of them that were proponents of this should be relieved of duty and brought up on charges themselves. This is a republic of the powerful, by the powerful, and for the powerfull..... Not the people. They dont care about you, your problems or your success as long as they hold a seat in power and get paid.
They still don't get it most of the population hates the way they conduct the "People's Business" and yet with the threat of danger and harm they still want to play political theater to everyone..The time is coming and they will ALL be brought to answer for what they have done. The House should make this a doubleheader and take up its authority pursuant to Article 1 Section 5 paragraph two of the USC for the purpose of expelling the representative from Colorado that tweeted the location of the House Speaker during the insurrection a week ago.

How many times during this session were women addressed as "gentleman"? How many years have we allowed this to continue?
I saw no man when this particular gender was called. Why are they not addressed as gentlewoman? Just another example proving that women have still not reached equality in the workforce.
I don't even know how many years this has been going on, but this needs to change.
This may be considered trivial in comparison to Trump's responsibility in the attack on the Capitol, but this has been going on for a much longer period of time.
Have enough respect for these women to actually acknowledge them as women. When I hear a gentleman called, I don't want to see a woman stand up. She should only stand after being addressed as "gentlewoman".

1. Democrats have passed numerous bills in the House over the past year in support of stimulus. Those bills never made it past McConnell's desk.
2. Democrats may have won the election but until after Biden is sworn in do not have a majority in the Senate nor Executive power to pass any legislation.
3. Moving the country forward requires holding the people responsible for inciting violence against the capitol accountable for their actions. Biden has already asked the future Senate Majority Leader to limit any Impeachment related sessions to half a day so that the government may perform its expected duties for the other half of the day.
