I just reread this article defending Dan Newhouse where the question is asked, “My colleagues are responsible (for the increase in political violence) for not condemning the rioters this past year. Like those who barricaded the doors of the Seattle Police Department and attempted to murder the officers inside.” Why wasn’t this statement from Newhouse carried in Westneat’s column, or by any other media outlet?” I proceeded to listen to this video again. Was I wrong? Nope! Big fat nope! In no way can Rep Newhouse be excused for his brief mention of the rioting as it was happening in his own state, and only comes out now with any level of disdain after the Jan 6th fiasco, complements of Pelosi and the FBI. Now he shows passion? Oh please. Has anyone asked why was Nancy’s son in law there to cover “the event,” (what event?) for Dutch TV? Is that ever brought up? I think Darren Beattie at Revolver News has his finger on the pulse here. Rep Newhouse should follow and then offer President Trump and the state of Washington a huuuuge apology for not being able to see the red flags and for falling for the trickery. The courts and states could of possible prevented 1/6/21 if they hadn't ignored and/or rejected Trump's court cases without giving it due process in the court system.

"We love you" issued in support of insurrectionists is not a legitimate concession speech. In fact, it's a violation of the 14th Amendment to support insurrection.
