I was suppose to be there. It was memorial weekend. My intuition told me no wait another day. So I came to South Beach Monday holiday. That's when I heard there was a mass shooting. During that time it was reckless in the streets litterally.

A couple of years back I went to a small rap get together it was an invite of a friend when we arrived there I realized there was only one way in and out of the small building where they had set the stage and they had everybody drinking out in the back in the parking lot but even 10 mins I told my friend I wanted to leave he asked why I told him my anxiety is kicking in but I told him you know easy we would just lay dead if someone pulled up with a gun we would be cornered to get out we'd have to get by gunman somehow he respected what I said and plus my anxiety was getting worse we left I don't do small unsupervised social gatherings anymore and with this it just confirms it for me that everybody's off thier marbles

Think about it, there have been examples of mass shootings just about EVERYWHERE.. in our post offices, in our movie theaters, in our classrooms (K-12), in our supermarkets, in our concerts (from country to metal to gangster rap), in our public parks, in our hospitals, in our churches, in our peace rallies & civil protests, in our funerals, in our neighborhoods and streets & etc, etc.. we've basically seen it all. So with that mindset, should you just live your life at home in a basement or Bunker? (Examples there as well)
I say, don't let these cowards make you live in fear.. just use your head, take precautions and be as safe as you can, whilst "living" your life.. because if you can't live your life... what's the point? 🤷♂️

This is the beginning of many horrible things to come. It's was a better place when we only had to worry about catching Covid-19. Now we have the mask mandate lifted. There will be plenty of arguments and cases going up again. Only 40% of the population in the US have been vaccinated. Yet all I see when I go out is a handful of people still wearing mask. I know for sure not everyone has been vaccinated.

I live in South Korea and I heard some people say that if there were guns here, they’d be murdering each other left and right. The amount of stress and social pressure here is why there’s the highest suicide rate. Anyway. I hope your life and health are good. I think the problem is gross inequality and our failed education system.

Because it's not the same thing. If these people are caught, they'll be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The reason people riot and protest incidents if police brutality is these cops are either acquitted or never even charged for the incidents in the overwhelming majority of cases.

cuz it's a regular crime. it's called proximity crime as if someone is likely to commit a crime it is likely to be someone they live around or someone they know. Also, we do not know the race of the suspect so this is not needed.
