renjun had no predebut exposure; he joined when smrookies were already established. he had the least professional training period in singing and still became a main vocalist. renjun left his home and went to a foreign country blind eye. his family did not support his dream. out of all the members, he has the least opportunity to go home and see his family & friends. so whenever there’s a holiday, renjun would be alone in the dorm (but jeno would stay w/ him if he can because he doesn’t want to leave rj alone).
renjun refused to make any mistakes: his attendance had to be perfect, his performance evaluation had to be perfect, he couldn’t afford to make one tiny wrong move, which is why he was highly critical of himself!! (ex: just see how frustrated he was of himself when he prepared for his solo dance for dream concert), and those efforts landed him a spot in nct dream.
renjun appears like an ace, and he is, but some people fail to realize that he was only 15 yrs old, a foreigner in a company that has a history of treating chinese members unfairly, yet he persevered and chased his dream without backup. all he had was himself, to believe in himself, and eventually, he made it all because of himself.

Why NCT Dream is such a special group? From what I see in them, they don't only look at each other as teammates rather they value each other as childhood friends who are chasing the same dream. And this is what sets them apart for their genuine friendship is pretty evident and it helped them forge such strong bond as a group. I'm truly proud of how far they've come and seeing them grow up so much gives me tears of joy. Truly, I'm determined to say HELLO FUTURE with our 7 Dreamies who give so much happiness and inspiration to NCTzens!

If it's hard to dance, practice rapping and take a little break from rap practice (for Mark). Take a break while practicing rapping, and then practice again.'
Proud of Dream

Haechan is so mature now if you see closely. He knows how to control his feeling now. He know what he want to do instead of go with the flow and just playing. He also know how to lower his ego that i think not everyone can do that esp around his age. The one that i really appreciate abt him is he want to show the better version of him, the version that he made by himself, his true self, not what ppl told him to do. i think this one is the sweetest bcs it's like he let ppl see his true feelings and his vulnerable side. I think i will grow older by watching and learning from him :')

I heard this saying that Kpop idols have very childlike manners because they never got to enjoy their childhood because they started training at such a young age, that is the exact case with Dream. They gave up their childhoods to become idols, that’s why they are monsters on stage and have amazing stage presence but off stage we see a chaotic and childlike attitudes. NCT Dream, know that Czennie’s are so proud of how far you’ve come as artist and people.

This is what you call a group that isn’t just a boy group, they’re true friends and one family. They literally grew up together, understand each other well, and achieving their dreams together. I wish I had this kind of relationship.

When Haechan said about Mark "He grew up so well, our (uri) son!" and Chenle was like "He's my son!" and then Chenle was talking behind Mark while Mark was introducing the next session and Haechan was just over on the side dancing a random dance I was chuckling or loling the whole time.. These boys are chaos incarnate, and I thrive on their chaotic natures and laugh wholeheartedly every time. And them talking about their pasts and the fact that Mark was in at least 2 of the other's stories is precious...just love these boys so much and I'm so excited about this repackage album's songs!

We all know that rock-paper-scissor is actually dream's trademark. They even bought it when they're with others members.

The fact that many people tend to forget that NCT DREAM is an almost five year old group is actually sad. People forget that they're senior to many groups right now because of their young age. Their age is the same as those groups who just recently debuted or going to debut soon.
They started as such a young age that they missed alot of usual youthful memories. They can only tell the memories of them as a trainee, as their parent's babies and as an idol. They have many regrets but being together is what makes those regrets just a mere regrets. This is NCT DREAM, the soulmates.

A lot of other fandoms dont understand why dreamzens are so protective of them. They were children when they met and they sacrificed so much for this dream they had and only had each other to relate to. They didnt get to do normal kid things and in a way they're kind of their only friends (nct doesn't have too many other idol friends generally). But every day as a dreamzen you think about how theyve shared so much of themselves with us, being harassed and swarmed and you just hope they don't regret it. You hope they're as happy as you have been to watch them grow

I can feel the nervousness of RENJUN’s , i think the meaning of that ‘final’ is the ‘final’ shoot before debut so how scary it is to suddenly being called to debut while you still thought that the practice room is your everything like what JAEMIN said. They literally kids back then , how amazing they are, and I’m glad they always have each other. I hope we nctzen will always love them forever. SM or everyone who have the idea to make this kind of content surely know about how NCT DREAM and NCTzen have been growing up together. I mean look at their growth, hearing their past stories, and looking up to where they belong, touch me and make me realize that oh i've been growing up too! I've been filling up my days to pursue my dream while listening to NCT Dream's song. Okay but why is Chenle literally me whenever Haechan yells? Ever since I first became a NCTzen seeing Haechan for the first time how loud, obnoxious, straight forward and harsh he is made me always laugh. So basically Chenle is a mood when Haechan knows exactly how to make you laugh until you’re crying lol 😂 I’d used to think he’d sound like NCT’s angry mom or something 😂😂 but idc I love him they all make our memories more memorable and brighter no matter what we’re all battling we all come together like family.
