Lee Do-hyun is becoming one of my favorite kdrama lead actor. If he is in a movie, I will watch it. I hope he never gets plastic surgery or changes his face. His face and eyes are what I like to see. His look is what makes him a versatile actor. He can play a good or bad guy, a rich professional or a poor student. And dang, he really played the part well in Hotel De Luna. Every time the came on and he appeared on screenโฆ.

When you have finished The Glory Part 2 and are now having a hangover and cannot let go of the drama especially Yeojung's character. They made a right choice to cast him ;) Imagine him acting alongside big names yet not being overshadowed in any way at all
me๐ญThe Glory is my first ever kdrama and I instantly searched up Yeojeong's actor when I finished. Now I'm watching Sweet Home and I'm in love. There's just something about his way of making a sweet innocent character come to life and stealing hearts while not even being the main lead๐ฅบ
@@tomoonhk He prepared a lot for Yeojung's role (he came up with 5 level of ways to portray the character) and the one he eventually settled with was agreed by the director and the writer. His character is meant to be somewhat innocent and subtle yet mysterious but at times prominent. Glad to know you like it :) Ah you're watching my favourite work of him. Have you finished it? It was Sweet Home that introduced him to me. His character there is 180 degrees opposite from most of his roles. He auditioned for Hyun Su's role but the director wanted him for Eunhyuk's role. I watched it because of Lee Jin Wook but totally got whipped by Dohyun ;)

The way he cries always makes ne admire him more. Melancholia is my favourite, he cried like he was traumatized which his character was and the scene where he cries after she goes off grid was so 'teenager loosing his first love'. In 18 again he cried like a dad and husband, in Hotel Del Luna he cries like he disappointed his lover, The Glory where he cries and sees his dead father and most recently crying as a 7 year old who cant find his mom in The Good Bad Mother. Each of it is different, that's the best thing. He's so awesome. I'm so in love with his acting. Lim Ji Yeon is so lucky, hope they lastโค
I watched all of them and damn this guy can act his heart out that's for sure. The fact that he did a huge variety of roles in such a short time is insane to me he deserves the world

One of very few young actors nowadays that possess the "cinematic aura". He's convincing with every role he's in. He may not look so machos or bulk or overwhelmingly handsome at first, but something just so manly, protective and decisive comes from the way he nails each of his role. A young man with very kind and mature manner in real life too.

(Hotel del Luna, but IU is 1 year older than him, Youth of May, Prison Playbook but he doesn't have partner here, Cleaning with passion but he only role played the younger version of the character, 17 again but he's just a student, The great show but he's the teenage version and he also worked here with the same actress who played Si-Ah in 18 again)

If you had missed Lee Do-Hyun's awesome male lead roles in The Good Bad Mother, 18 Again, Youth of May, Melancholia & The Glory , watch them all if you could. Lee Do-Hyun is a top-notch actor and thus you would not be disappointed.
He's a noona heart shaker but I would love to see him in dramas paired with young actressess his age. Maybe a romcom that has a happy ending, most of his dramas made my eyes puff for days.

Lee Do-hyun has a way with connecting to people's emotions! There are other great actors too but there is something extra to him. Indeed, he is a class apart! I watched almost all his dramas in one go! Was extremely impressed and became a fan!

Lee Do Hyun is one of my favorite actors, I met him on "Youth of May", then "18 Again" and "Sweet Home", I'm ready to fall in love with him again on "The Glory", "The God Bad Mother", "Melancholia"... He is incredible, when he smiles he makes your heart flutter; when he is suffering, you cry with him and for him; I love every facet of their characters. I hope he gets more protagonics to show us more of his multi-facetic acting habilities ^^

I remember his face from Beyond Evil, he was playing the younger version of one of the main characters, he played the role well even though he didn't show up very often. I will eventually get to watch the other dramas he is in probably. A few of them are on my long watchlist.

watching him in The Glory really made me want to watch him in more dramas -- he's got an incredible talent for acting fr ++ I really want to watch him play the role of the antagonist one time, like a psychopath or something, cuz I feel like he'd be really good at that role. The way his smile slowly charms and melts you but at the same time his seriousness really brings out all the emotions. He doesn't need extravagant gestures to express a feeling, he just genuinely fills those roles with his expressions -- I love this guy gosh
In Hotel Del Luna he breaks my heart into pieces but in The Glory he patches it up again .. An incredible actor he is.

I first witnessed his talent in Sweet Home and was almost surprised by how much I could like a character that was so willing to coldly assess assets in a post apocalyptic world and seem to do it without concern for the feelings of anyone else but he had this ability to give characters emotional depth even when they might otherwise be reprehensible. The next show I watched was "Hotel del Luna" which I would just watch for his scenes and those with IU. It was also the first time I saw how expressive he can be (beyond his eyes...he has very expensive eyes which is how he can make a character sympathetic even when he is manipulating those around him) Since then I've watched him as a bratty brother (read young s**t) in "Clean With a Passion..." and a doctor in "Glory". Now I'm watching him in "Good Bad Mother" and I just can't get over how much talent he has. I would watch the show if it was just scenes with him...in fact I sonethimes feel like the show would be better without all the complexities in the plot but that's just me. There are few actors that I enjoy as much as Li Dohyun
