Or that something won't happen in the future that we can't predict. The point is the ethics of using a monkey as a test subject for such a radical treatment is highly not cool. I saw almost the exact same experiment about 20 years ago, development of that lead to the Throw Trucks With Your Mind kick starter that never launched. Not sure what happened to it. Found the Ted Talk about this i saw about this. Ted talk was in 2012, they started the research for it 10 years prior. Strange this is in the news now like its a new discovery. Granted it is a lot faster to examine and get feedback from the BCI. Still cool either way
