Perhaps part of the issue, especially with those in the limelight (athletes, actors, politicians, etc) could be that they feel that speaking about a mental health issue is taboo, and they will be shunned by teammates/society.
In fact, they may never seek treatment, or even speak to a counselor, as a result of being worried about being stigmatized !
To be honest regular people have issues with admitting they have mental health issues and won't seek help for it out of some notion of shame they shouldn't feel.
@@Argos-xb8ek ..I would agree too ! It is terrible when someone who does not have mental health issues is forced to reside with someone who does, and then the crazy making starts. The normal functioning individual is most likely exhausted, and just wants to live in peace. It can be brutal, especially when there is financial abuse, other victimization transpiring at the SAME time !!
I hope your situation improves, and that you are able to speak TRUTH about what transpires where you reside. Too often, when one does try to speak TRUTH, the truth teller is gaslit, and usually silenced in some manner. Good luck and keep fighting for freedom ! 👍👍
I’m struggling with mental health and I’ve been depressed and have had suicidal thoughts still. I honestly don’t know how I’ll get through this. I just wanna end myself man nobody cares about me I’m at a dark place in life rn. No one to love me and no one that really cares
