Felix says “Listen to me, I’m just as bad as the Boar”, so the Tragedy of Faergus still happened in this timeline, Dimitri just hasn’t fully gone crazy yet. I wonder if we’ll see his descent into madness in this game.
Pretty much everything that happens before byleth meet the 3 lords in remire happend, from that point is what 3 hopes start to change

Personality wise Dimitri in this seems closer to his CF version so his anger and hatred will be a lot more reigned in.
@@pearsemolloy9656 That may be why his and Felix's relationship is looking a...little better than how it normally is/would be at this stage in the story. This trailer is making me think Dimitri may not go completely insane like he did in 3 Houses.

Great idea having the voice lines connect between characters as they show off. Also i love Annette's fangirling over Felix, Sylvain saying he cant take his eyes off a girl (Annette), and Ingrid's first line telling Sylvain he is slacking off. Its just fantastic
Interesting note that everyone obtains their relic earlier than in the 3Houses timeline since we are in Imperial year 1179
Probably just some kind of alternative timeline, since we know that is actually a plausible thing due to Awakening.
The exception would actually be Annette (using a Bolt Axe), and Felix using Sword of Moralta. Mercedes didn’t seem to have either her relic nor her Sacred Bow in the trailer from my observation.

I expect that Shez joins the academy as a student in 1180, like normal.
@@lucario5717 yes. That is why Monica is apparently not been replaced by Kronya, and serves as part of Edelgard’s army and armed with Macuil’s relic called the Wind Caller’s Genesis. People are assuming that you as Shez cause a butterfly effect like rescuing Monica before she got kidnapped.

I absolutely love everyone's new look, but I especially love Annette's and Felix's new look. The way Annette's hat and hair fit her personality is just so perfect! And I absolutely love Felix's line, "Listen to me. I'm just as bad as the boar." It shows that he can not only see all of the imperfections and weaknesses in others, but he can also see the weaknesses and imperfections in himself which is no small feat. Absolutely amazing!

@@absolutemenagerie639 Honestly, I’m the opposite kind of, I personally I didn’t like Byleth that much mostly because unlike past fire emblem mc’s, they were silent. And I don’t hate Byleth I just think they could be better. Shez meanwhile While I’m not EXCITED for them. But from what we’ve seen of cutscenes. They are at least a talking protagonist. And that’s better than a silent one.
But even then I only really care about my deer, eagles, Lions, and hopefully my wolves.

This looks promising, the whole Blue Lions gang is here. One of my concerns was an incomplete roster of the houses so it seems like we'll definitely have all 3 houses in full... and hopefully we'll get the whole cast, including non-house characters.
Can't wait for this game to come out, hopefully i'll be satisfied with the Black Eagles route this time round.

I was skeptical about buying this game at first due to whether or not we'd be able to play as some of the students. But seeing that this trailer alone confirms that we in fact can is definitely making my wallet quake.....

@Shoka Lgbt of course not lol. I only thought the more popular students would've made it in, keeping the others as NPC's or DLC (or cutting them out entirely considering this game is supposed to take place in a different timeline than the original)
@@edobul5846 There's no reason for them to not include all the students. Just don't excpect all of them to have noticeably difference playstyles.
What would be the point of the game if you couldn't play as all the students? Part of the Warriors/Musou formula is having a wide roster of characters to choose from. There's literally no reason why certain students would be unplayable or be made DLC due to the game taking place in a different timeline, and even less so for it to be based on popularity. The only characters I can see why you would think that is the Ashen Wolves, since they were a DLC for Three Houses.
@@corvus9359 I’d assume cost reasons would be the reason they wouldn’t. But that doesn’t seem to be an issue. It’s a lot easier to make a bunch of playable characters for a game with gameplay like FE3H. It’s a much bigger task to give all those same characters animations for a game like this while also trying to make each stand out.
The FE Warriors twitter account revealed a couple things about each of the characters’ playstyle:
As a High Lord, Dimitri’s attacks have a got a lightning effect which can spread to other enemies when afflicted
As a Knight, Dedue can reduce damage taken from allies in an area and can also charge powerful explosive attacks
As a Swordmaster, Felix can deal high damage and increase his speed by dodging enemy attacks
As a Priest, Mercedes is able to heal and attack simultaneously while creating pillars of light around herself
As an Archer, Ashe can create fields of wind that launch enemies upward
As a Mage, Annette buffs nearby allies with multiple effects some of which can grant them elemental affinities
As a Cavalier, Sylvain boosts his own damage and attack range the longer he continues assaulting the enemy
As a Pegasus Knight, Ingrid can knock enemies back with her attacks and envelop them in freezing ice
The Blue Lions were my first house in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. I’m pleased to see Ingrid as a Pegasus Knight. That’s the class I lead her down that ended on Falcon Knight.
It makes sense, considering that's her canonical class.
Sylvain as a paladin too, they all use the classes I choose for them lol
Seeing Ashe, Anette and especially Felix in their new designs got me teary eyed and gave me shivers. Im so looking forward to seeing more of this and playing it when it comes out.

You know what is interesting about this trailer. Dimitri and Felix character designs are clearly based on their fathers from Fire Emblem Three Houses. I really want to get this game!

Absolutely love that Felix's outfit looks so much like Rodrigue 😭 everyone looks great! I like Ashe's armor and Annette’s little headscarf lol I'm so excited to see everyone else’s new looks, too! Especially Ignatz (best outfit in the entire game, you cannot convince me otherwise) and Petra. I also hope the Ashen Wolves get to be here, even if as a DLC later on! Hapi is one of my absolute favorites :)

My favorite house. Dimitri and Dedue will probably always be my favorite characters in the series and they look great here. Not to mention absolute best girl Annie looking top tier here. Sylvain also looking the best he's ever had.

Felix sounds happy to be in this game. Like he wasn’t down with the turn based combat but a hack and slash? That’s up his alley

The new designs look great and this alleviated my biggest concern with Hopes: All the students will be playable after all.
Church, faculty and Ashen Wolves are still up in the air, but at least for the main houses we got everyone accounted for. Eagerly await seeing GD and BE.
I'm hoping after we get trailers for the three houses, we'll get a white church route trailer with Rhea, Seteth, Flayn, and the faculty. I really hope Rhea is playable in this game. She was hinted to be good at gauntlets in 3H, but she was scrapped as a playable unit. I want her holiness to just run out into the battlefield throwing hands, boxing mfers to death.
OMG! Wow! Unexpected trailer but this is incredible! So glad for the confirmation that every Blue Lions student will return! And they all look gorgeous! Amazing new design choices (I especially love Felix and his resemblance to Rodrigue). And their voiced dialogue with them speaking to each other is only the cherry on top. The Blue Lions already felt like the best connected house with the deepest bonds. I cannot wait for this game!
This is very impressive that the character designs on Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd & his group were handled better.
I have to say, these characters look absolutely stunning. My favorite 3 are Dedue, Annette, and Sylvain, but with that being said, I don't hate any of these designs.
The blue lions are very special to me. I can't wait to spend time with them again.

Three houses is my favorite fire emblem game. It’s in my top 5 favorite games of all time. Looking forward to this as well. I can’t lie though I hope to see them again in a proper fire emblem game.

LIONS! LIONS! WOOOO. They were my first house so I'm so glad to see them all here. Plus this means all the other house students will be in the game to. Definitely going to play Ashe, Ferdinand, and Raphael. Those are my three favorite respective students (minus the lords) of each house.
Annette's hat is super adorable, i love it. Also every character being here means we eventually get to see Marianne, and I can't wait for that

Nice to know that everyone from each house should be playable. The only fear is how many people are going to be clones like the last Warriors. Well hopefully there are more playable classes to balance that out. Just don't make all the mages the same please.
I think that only if you change outside of there class for example like Ingrid if you change her flying unit into like sword master unit then maybe I can understand could be clone maybe I don’t know I could be wrong though

It's nice seeing all the Blue Lions again. They all look great. I might actually get this knowing that most of the characters are returning. Three Houses had one of my favourite rosters in the series.

This could not have been released at a more perfect moment. I had been having a really hard and exhausting day at work, very stressed out. And then this. It was like a ray of sunshine punching a hole through the gloomy clouds hanging over me. To see my favorite class once again, knowing they're all there and they all look amazing. I'm so excited for this game.
I really hope a Limited Edition is coming to North America. It's getting so close to release date and I'm scared we aren't getting it :(

@@sonicgalaxy27 I did find myself getting bored when I first played Hyrule Warriors, but I poured HOURS into the first FE Warriors. Maybe I just liked the roster more and thus enjoyed the gameplay a lot more compared to Hyrule. I'm not joking when I say that after playing the first Warriors, I dreamed of a Warriors rendition fo Three Houses, but never thought in a million years it would actually happen.
