There's a way to cordon off the wasps and you can shake trees until you're sick.
You have to be prepared to shut-off/reload your game and have a decent memory to remember the tree and mark it with an item so you can dig it up and move it to a location and fence it off.
The wasps don’t show up in the decorated trees, so don’t worry!!

@SarahN Dipity or any critters that are in trees. I was doing the net 5 wasps miles challenge and shook the tree that Boots was looking at. I found a spider. ( This was the season for such bugs)

Kicks sells clothes though so that gets rid of the able sisters ideas and people who have every space on their island taken up there would be no room for the shops
@@sauceboss9797 you can see that the nook shop has an empty dock at the final stage (they could make it bigger by getting rid of that dock and not actually making the area bigger) meaning there will possibly be an update that can introduce leaf

What I want in the next update:
-Being able to change you island and character name
-Being able to join random peoples island without dodo code, Orville asks you "How do you want to travel" you can say a random island that has it's gates open to random visitors
A whole year will pass and not a single shout out to south hemisphere.
South hemisphere is like 10% of all players. Makes you wonder why Nintendo even bothered with this feature.
I haven't bought it yet, so how does it work on south hemisphere? I'm curious because I'm not into having the wrong season on my game and outside my window lol
Southern Hemisphere is simply irrelevant
@@Bane_Amesta It works as if it would be in the south hemisphere. So if you want to have same seasons it's great. And if you are to enter the game now it would be probably the best time since it has almost completed one year out. The problem that I complained was that Nintendo has been releasing new seasonal features slowly during the year but it's always focused for the north hemisphere, which means that south hemisphere usually needs like 6 months to reach that. And features that could've been released for south hemisphere since we were already in winter for example is held until the north hemisphere reached winter, so we would need to wait for the next winter to get it.
Unless, of course, you time travel.

Chilean and same, what snow is nintendo talking bout
Due to the pandemic I won't be able to go home to celebrate Christmas and New Year. This year I will be completely alone for the first (and hopefully last) time. Thanks to Animal Crossing I can still celebrate with my sister and some friends and obviously my lovely cute neighbours. Thank you for making it possible.

Dear diary.. Due to the pandemic I won't be able to go home to celebrate Christmas and New Year's this year "I will be completely alone" for the first (and hopefully the last) time. Thanks to Animal Crossing I can still celebrate with my sister and some (loser) friends and obviously my lonely cute (underage) Neighbors. Thank you for making it possible. Dreams do come true! XOXO

I need Brewster, His minigame coffee.. I need life advice from him too.
Moving K.K. Slider to Brewster's Cafe (after Brewster gets added to New Horizons) when Event Days stack (like how in August in the Northern Hemisphere had Bug Off on a Saturday, Firework Show on a Sunday forcing K.K. Slider to appear at the Plaza on a Monday) is something that the Animal Crossing Team should do and it would be an awesome callback to the GameCube game where K.K. Slider appeared on Saturdays at Brewster's Cafe in the museum.
K.K. Slider has also appeared on a Friday like back in June when there was a Bug Off in June. But generally appears on a Sunday if his usual Saturday spot is taken up by NPCs from events.
God he was one of my favorite characters from when I first started playing city folk

@@mimikyumasterplushshow9621 Snow will start to settle ok the 11th. However you can still get some snowfall before then. Some people even got some in November. But yeah once the 11th rolls around it’s finally time.
*Animal Crossing: New Horizons* turned out to be a massive hit for Nintendo, and I am not at all surprised. This game is just great.
It's a letdown compared to the previous titles.

I've never played any animal crossing games before this, but I have friends who have and don't like this one because nintendo is slowly adding back all of the features and characters from the old games(ex-swimming and Redd) instead of just having them in at launch.

I haven´t played animal crossing in some time, but as is almost Cristhmas I guess I´ll go back.
It’s way more fun to play during October, November, December and for a few weeks in January than it is to play it during the spring time, summertime is also fun but just because you can make boatloads of bells daily from sharks.

i've recently gone back to playing everyday since the holidays started and it's amazing how fun it is to swap out different decorations for holidays. They really need to find out a way to make the summer months as engaging

Rain has already been replaced by snow in-game, but snow will not start piling up on your island until the 10th-13th of this month

If having it snow and the villagers in Wintery clothers means that the villagers tell the players what the villagers what for Toy Day then that is not a problem for players like myself whom is in North Hemisphere where it is Winter in December but it is a problem in the South Hemisphere (e.g. Australia's famous Twitch streamer, ZoeTwoDots) where it is Summer in December.
I can see the snow starting to stick a little before it melts should be soon

I miss old Animal Crossing, when it was primarily about creating meaningful relationships and living in a real community and not about superficial things such as the cutest villager or how your town looks.

@@IAmNotASandwich453 The original Animal Crossing offered a more significant version escapism that I couldn’t get anywhere else. It was as real as a game could be at the time. It’s like a book. Those pages aren’t alive, but there was passion and love behind it that makes it real! They made the game feel alive with personality! Meanwhile in New Horizons, they made all the villagers feel the same. It feels really artificial, which fits in perfectly with New Horizons’ the focus on materialistic items. If I wanted to build a town, I’d play Minecraft, which is infinitely more robust with its options than New Horizons.

@@biankapaloma Yep, I know about how hemispheres work... I was told that trees are still decorated for the season, even when it's not snowy. I'm not entirely sure, since I didn't northern hemisphere island! I guess in defense, about 90% of the worlds population is in the northern hemisphere, so it's kinda sad that not as many events seem to make sense for you!
