Super NES
Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble! - Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong have gone missing. As Dixie Kong checks in with the rest of the family, she gets stuck with babysitting duties! But that won’t stop her from going on her next adventure. Play as Dixie Kong or Kiddy Kong solo, against a friend or with a friend. Take advantage of their abilities as they throw each other into action in over 40 levels.
The Ignition Factor - Intense firefighting action puts you in the heat of the moment. Take control of a brave firefighter as he battles to save people from towering infernos and flame-filled factories. Keep your cool to rescue all the victims. Get them out of the fire and back to safety!
Super Valis IV - A reddish moon calls forth evil, and the bells toll for battle. Take on the role of Lena, the only warrior able enough to wield the Valis sword against the forces of evil in this action platformer. The longer you take clearing a stage, the stronger the boss at its end will get. Dash, jump and use the items you collect along the way to traverse all seven stages.
Tuff E Nuff - Four champions seek to challenge the great tower! In this action game, your special attacks level up each time you defeat a certain number of enemies, making your hero grow even more powerful. Make good use of your guard, and carefully time your special attacks against all the tough guys you face on your way to Jade, the self-proclaimed Fighting King. With the instant-replay feature, you can have fun watching the last moments of a fight play out!

Nightshade - Sutekh has blanketed Metro City under a shroud of crime and corruption. The big crime bosses now answer only to him. To avenge his fallen idol, Mark Gray dons the guise of Nightshade, the last person standing between Sutekh and total control of Metro City. Using a combo of point-and-click and action gameplay styles, stalk the streets of Metro City in search of vengeance.

I Got some insider info, Mother 1,2 3 will be released as a separate collection in 2021 for 60$. It will be unavailable after March 31, 2021 though.
Nintendo is the type who will release Earthbound as its own port with a price point rather than just add it to the service. They've done a similar tactic before: on the 3DS Earthbound costs more than the other virtual console SNES titles. They're aware of its cult status and abuse that fact
Man, the pace these games get release is soooooo slow. DKC trilogy all came out the same day on Wii U yet on Switch we have to wait 6 months just for all 3.

We deserve a game and watch collection. They failed badly with super mario bros game and watch by not using it. But then virtual console and custom themes died with 3ds. At least gold points are used with switch games, which is great when indies hook you up with 90% off owning one of their games

@@c.cooper2877 A quick google check, so take it with some salt, says that Vivendi bought the IP at some point, which means that it is now owned by Activision. Sooo in terms of IP's Nintendo aren't in a hurry to get to because the owners probably won't let them get it for cheap...

Also, let’s not equate a character with a game. A character is one thing, intellectual rights and a deal can be cut out.
But with a game, on Nintendo’s online service that they charge only 20 dollars for a year. Square isn’t gonna be making anything off that deal. So odds are they wouldn’t be willing to.

Are you running SNES games on an early-mid 90s computer with some super old emulator? I find that most modern emulators do a great job at their job (there might be a few hiccups here and there that aren’t on the original hardware, but given I’m not a speed runner or Digital Foundry, I hardly notice them)

I keep saying I'll get around to it so I can finally say I gave the game a fair shake after hating on it as a child.
Great game, and the ability to save game states will be a lifesaver. Never thought it was fair how the Continue function was useless cuz it reset your score -- and thus your life bar -- to next to nothing.

It’s also really crazy that Nintendo put out the one game I thought they would never put out (Journey to Silius). It was my favorite game growing up because my mother bought it for me because she loved me despite her mental health. Thanks Nintendo for giving me back some good memories of her. Miss you mom.

Disturbing thing is, I was watching that earlier today.
To those who played and loved DKC1 and DKC2 and missed out on 3, you need to give this game another chance. If Kiddie Kong is your biggest gripe, then just imagine him as a Donkey Kong clone from the first game now with Dixie. So many unique bosses and levels, David Wise may not have done the music in this one but damn does Eveline Fischer make some banging tracks. Probably my favorite game of the entire trilogy.
And with that, the whole Donkey Kong Country trilogy is now on the Switch.
Come on Nintendo, just give us Earthbound

It's great to have all three DKC games on VC. I've had these and many other great games like ALttP, Super Metroid, Chrono Trigger, and SMRPG on the Wii's VC, but it's great for people who don't have them physically or on VC. If CT and SMRPG are eventually added, then most of the best SNES games will be on here. Also Earthbound, which I have on 3DS but haven't gotten around to playing much of yet.

I use ultra street fighter 2 way of the hado as a poor man's ring fit adventure. If you fire hadokens like the motion and have back turned lol kinda like kamehameha it's quite a workout. That'll always make me tuff e nuff over that bs ripoff lol
