He put his heart into each song we could compare him two great singers I like Caruso and Mario Lanza who put his heart to his songs and like them died young

I never saw Orbison live but I've acquired his best concerts and Barbara's live concerts on audio. This is one of his best. He is surely the King of the octaves. The other unequalled feat of Roy's is this: his range remained the same through 3 decades. He was soft-spoken, modest to a fault protecting his God-given talent, sharing it with the world and we are very fortunate to witness his talent.
What a voice with minimal effort the world lost good man when he died, but thankfully we can still listen to that wonderful voice, also such a gentleman ,and a true family man despite the sadness in his life

Roy Orbison sings with such little effort! At times he barely opens his mouth but the sound is amazingly strong! Great singer great man!.
I love roy orbison. Ele cantava com sentimento as musicas romanticas me encanta m faz viajar.
At 25:35 +/- He was taking big breaths. Was this the start of breathing problems? Still a brilliant, gifted performer. ♥️👍💯👏👏👏

I agree. I noticed that when I first saw him on tv many years ago.
@@lorainewhite727 I noticed that too. At this point he was a couple of years away from triple-bypass surgery so I guess the signs could have been starting to show by now.
Wow didn’t notice that, also didn’t know he had heart problems, ( SAD )
I’m 81 and still love Roy’s great voice
Roy would of been 82 this year, I agree the greatest voice (3 octaves I heard). I was in a band in the 70's in which we played several of Roy's songs. I'm glad he was able to do the Traveling Wilburys album with George Harrison, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynn and Bob Dylan. I play to keep rocking until the end.
Ed ..... you give me 8 years but my new heart etc totally agree. Why does nobody sing like Roy .... guess nobody can or will..
Ed..... I’m 82. I think Roy is the best of them all. I spend a lot of time listening to him.
Ed Goyette grew up listening to Roy Orbison Elvis Presley Ricky Nelson Buddy Holly the crystals The girl bands were great also love that era miss all of these great talent in heaven I bet they have the best all-time best singers ever created the good Lord bless us all with soulful music something that's missing these days just turned 70 years old🕶"

I sure do miss listening to music like his. Nobody sings or plays music like that anymore.
Roy really cared for his audience .He always gave his all. That's why he is so loved. And always will be.
Absolutely no one, NO ONE! can sing like Roy. That voice can do things that just get inside you.
Een betere stem bestaat niet.
He moved over Elvis, He is the KING !!!
So talented! One good song after another! Even when he is no longer with us, his singing gives me joy and many happy hours, listening to his gorgeous interpretations...
Fabulous Roy❤️🌹
Only two people could sing like Roy , and he is both of them.!
Fell in love with his music at the ripe old age of 9 when I saw him in concert in Sydney and still enjoy his songs to this day, such a loss we suffered when he passed. But his music lives on :)
Hello, how are you doing at the moment?
What talent sounded like before auto tune and lip sync concerts. No manipulation, no slight of hand. Just a man with an amazing voice.

AMEN!!!!
He put his heart into each song we could compare him two great singers I like Caruso and Mario Lanza who put his heart to his songs and like them died young
Thank you Pixie.....well said, have listened to Roy since he came on the scene. :)
So true
We all know how great Roy is but I would like to give a shout out to his backup singers , they were phenomenal !!!!!

Crying...remembering...lost love 9:03
And you knew he was a real man who loved and respected women! Best voice in the world!!
One of the greatest, sadly missed. Still play all his music. 👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧
My mum’s favourite. What can I say.
What a wonderful voice.
He reminds me of Pisu
After all these years.... this mans voice still gives me chills ..
Don’t be sad he is gone; let’s rejoice that he lived
What a voice no one can match Roy his son's must be so proud of him his songs are great love him Xx 💖🥰❤️🎵🤗🌟
What a voice with minimal effort the world lost good man when he died, but thankfully we can still listen to that wonderful voice, also such a gentleman ,and a true family man despite the sadness in his life
no one could sing like him ; he and elvis were the best and still today
Roy was the King, Elvis was just a Prince.
the octave levels, he covers them so well, so smooth. Arguably the number 1 pop singer of all time. There are others, but none top Roy Orbison. He left us way too early...
By
Bill West God takes the best first. He was needed in heaven to sing with the angels.xx
Freddie mercury kinda took the cake
Dont all the greats!! "leave us so early" 🙏💯😥
@Joshua Baker. No it's Roy. Freddie didn't have the low range.
Roy Orbison was known as the Master of Dreams. He's fabulous voice could fill you with such emotion...
Love to see the modesty of this great musician. If you're great you don't have to tell everyone - It's obvious!
I was lucky to have grown up with greatest music of all time
I agree and I'm 78 he was the best.
My favorite voice of all time! I like his style, demeanor, and overall onstage presence. Amazing entertainer and real loss.
Hello, how are you doing at the moment?
