I was moved to tears when the little girl in grey asked ian and live whether they were afraid they wouldn’t be able to make it. The two exchanged a look and both said “no” very softly. It hit very hard becuz these two really have risen from the bottom of the bottom. They met each other when they were barely 20, living alone in a motel, hardly speaking any Korean and had absolutely nothing but their dreams. They were so desperate that they would knock on strangers doors just to ask whether they’d be willing to join their dance team. For some ppl success could come with birth but for others it took decades of striving failing and rising back up again. So of course they would not be afraid of failing. They are atrociously fearless souls.

I’m 18 years old and I study to become a doctor and I’m amazed by how intelligent the girl in the grey hoodie is (I think her name is Kim Minseo?). Every time I see her being concentrated like that I’m waiting for her wise words. It’s incredible how respected she makes the artists feel since she pays attention to every little detail and puts their art into the most beautiful words. I truly admire her and look up to her. Minseo, fighting! Good luck with everything that you do!
Minseo always amazes me, she naturally kind of has a stiff face whenever she’s focused and I think that’s why in the beginning I thought she didn’t really like it, but she’s always thinking so ahead of her age!! I’ve seen her reactions to other rappers like hangzoo and I thought she didn’t like it either cuz her face was a bit cold, but she asked and gave such smart in depth answers/questions. It's been two years since this video and I'm so happy for DPR. They grow up so much and so beautifully. A week ago I went to their concert in Peru and it was wonderful. One of the best nights and concerts ever. I'm so happy and proud of them 🥹♥️
I’m always impressed with the Korean girl’s answers. She’s so smart and notices the little things and sees the depth in whatever she’s reacting to. It’s something I try to do a lot but fail bc I zone out of attention around the middle of what I’m watching and take a couple of rewatches to analyze what’s going on but she does it right away. 😌that’s really a good trait to have. I aspire to be like her even tho I’m older. Her questions are also so smart. Like wow, she will make it far, I’m rooting for her✨
As someone who knows Dabin and Christian even before Christian debuted as an idol... i'm so impressed by their work and how far they've come. Never expected Christian to be so amazing at directing, with such a unique sens, and Dabin to be so good musically, when he used to want to become a dancer. I've seen their friendship for more than 8 years now, and i'm happy to see them work so well together. Thank you ODG for inviting them.
Megane i feel the exact same! i still remember the silly vlogs they used to put out together and when christian used to go by a different english name... and i think he used to call dabin “the jelly man” or something. good times. it’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown since those days.

@@jelsitanova1769 Well, i'm not sure of what you want to know exactly, but Christian used to upload dance tutorial on youtube, around 11 years ago, and that's how Dabin (Live) got to know him, and how they started talking and became bestfriends. Dabin became inspired to be a dancer thanks to Christian. Christian used to train to become an idol, and he finally became one in 2012, as the leader of C-Clown. Pre-debut Christian had lots of expectation and ambition for the group, but the group was not successful, and had a only a small fanbase. Also, this is only my opinion, but he seems to had LOTS of restrictions. During that time i asked myself a few time if him and Dabin were still close, since we could barely see them interact. He stopped lots of things he used to love doing (like interacting with people on livestream, etc). They end up disbanding in 2015. DPR was also created the same year, but if i'm not wrong, they start becoming active in 2016 with Eung Freestyle, which got quite popular thanks to becoming an add on youtube. Dabin got more and more popular as Live, and now they are touring around the world, and are in my opinion very successful. While both of them have completely changed their personal goal, it seems like it's working way more for them. It's nice seeing how much they've grown.

But i'm a casual fan, i've just followed them for long, i only know the "well known" content, that i'm sure you've seen already. I have some old videos from Christian's old youtube channel (Barom Yu), but since those have been deleted, I guess it wouldn't be right to upload it again. It was very cute videos where you could see them having fun just hanging out, but well... :) I guess to learn about them, the best would be to watch their livestream.

I was moved to tears when the little girl in grey asked ian and live whether they were afraid they wouldn’t be able to make it. The two exchanged a look and both said “no” very softly. It hit very hard becuz these two really have risen from the bottom of the bottom. They met each other when they were barely 20, living alone in a motel, hardly speaking any Korean and had absolutely nothing but their dreams. They were so desperate that they would knock on strangers doors just to ask whether they’d be willing to join their dance team. For some ppl success could come with birth but for others it took decades of striving failing and rising back up again. So of course they would not be afraid of failing. They are atrociously fearless souls.

Minseo always amazes me, she naturally kind of has a stiff face whenever she’s focused and I think that’s why in the beginning I thought she didn’t really like it, but she’s always thinking so ahead of her age!! I’ve seen her reactions to other rappers like hangzoo and I thought she didn’t like it either cuz her face was a bit cold, but she asked and gave such smart in depth answers/questions. I really like her, and I’ve learned to not judge others based only on their facial expressions because of her. I hope ppl won’t misjudge her in the beginning like I did

I’m always impressed with the Korean girl’s answers. She’s so smart and notices the little things and sees the depth in whatever she’s reacting to. It’s something I try to do a lot but fail bc I zone out of attention around the middle of what I’m watching and take a couple of rewatches to analyze what’s going on but she does it right away. 😌that’s really a good trait to have. As someone who knows Dabin and Christian even before Christian debuted as an idol... i'm so impressed by their work and how far they've come. Never expected Christian to be so amazing at directing, with such a unique sens, and Dabin to be so good musically, when he used to want to become a dancer. I've seen their friendship for more than 8 years now, and i'm happy to see them work so well together.

Megane i feel the exact same! i still remember the silly vlogs they used to put out together and when christian used to go by a different english name... and i think he used to call dabin “the jelly man” or something. good times. it’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown since those days.

@@jelsitanova1769 Well, i'm not sure of what you want to know exactly, but Christian used to upload dance tutorial on youtube, around 11 years ago, and that's how Dabin (Live) got to know him, and how they started talking and became bestfriends. Dabin became inspired to be a dancer thanks to Christian. Christian used to train to become an idol, and he finally became one in 2012, as the leader of C-Clown. Pre-debut Christian had lots of expectation and ambition for the group, but the group was not successful, and had a only a small fanbase. Also, this is only my opinion, but he seems to had LOTS of restrictions. During that time i asked myself a few time if him and Dabin were still close, since we could barely see them interact. He stopped lots of things he used to love doing (like interacting with people on livestream, etc). They end up disbanding in 2015. DPR was also created the same year, but if i'm not wrong, they start becoming active in 2016 with Eung Freestyle, which got quite popular thanks to becoming an add on youtube. Dabin got more and more popular as Live, and now they are touring around the world, and are in my opinion very successful. While both of them have completely changed their personal goal, it seems like it's working way more for them. It's nice seeing how much they've grown.

But i'm a casual fan, i've just followed them for long, i only know the "well known" content, that i'm sure you've seen already. I have some old videos from Christian's old youtube channel (Barom Yu), but since those have been deleted, I guess it wouldn't be right to upload it again. It was very cute videos where you could see them having fun just hanging out, but well... :) I guess to learn about them, the best would be to watch their livestream.
