Runes - It's on screen, next to Zed portrait in game.
Item build - Builds are as preference. Whatever you build depends on how you use it.
Still, to give you an idea, I recommend eclipse for beginners.
The video at the bottom tells you all about runes and items of a standard eclipse build.
If you want to build duskblade(or claw) on the other hand,
these are your basics: [mythic/cdr boots/youmuu's/EoN/serylda's/cleaver]
Mythic + cdr boots are your go-to, and the rest of your build varies.
Some examples on what to build for your 2nd item and more:
1. No tanks, fair amount of CC? - Youmuu's 2nd, EoN 3rd (The rest as preference)
2. Lots of shields and tanks? - Serpent's fang 2nd, Serylda's 3rd (The rest as preference)
3. Seriously behind? - Cleaver 2nd, heal reduction item 3rd (Anything that helps your team)

* What are those numbers(1~5) that you type in chat?
It's a spell check(I only check flash) and numbers 1~5 each correspond to top~support.
For example, if enemy jungle uses flash, I type 2 in chat instantly,
and later calculate when their flash should be back up by checking the timestamp.
After you calculate spell times, you type it in chat(ex. 1530 jg),
then press Ctrl+A(select all), Ctrl+C(copy), Ctrl+V(paste) in turn.
If you have anything to delete from your copy-pasted material, press 'Home' then 'Del' to erase from the beginning.
Bonus: if your enemy has cosmic insight or cdr boots, their flash should be up in about 4 minutes.

Just one question, I play in Masters EUW, and usually Malphites mid go full armor. So it's almost impossible to kill him... Makes Electrocute a little bit useless for mid/lategame, what do you think?
Im not Onzed but I think if you go conq with eclipse black cleaver. you can win late game. Also important to keep poking him so he doesnt get shield
Or if you are challenger like onzed you can go electrocute

Hey onzed, I have this fun bork zed build for top lane. I was wondering if you would like to try it.
Runes: Pta, pom, alcratiy, last stand. For secondary I take magical footwear and future's market to run people down or I take demolish and second wind/ bone plating
Items: bork -> essence reaver -> eclipse -> ghostblade/ serylda's grudge -> blade cleaver.
This works very bc of zed's e and the movement speed you get from the items and when you hit three autos you can ult the enemy and theyre pretty much dead.
Bro if my mood is bad from the beginning of the day all the matchups are hard 💀
Also that first clip gave me a jump scare what was he doing in the bushes xD

중후반에 저 돌덩이가 방어력템만 주구장창 사서 진짜 돌이 된다면 제드가 칠흑, 세릴라, 도미닉 같은 템을 사는 게 좋을까요? 아니면 원딜한테 잡아달라 하는 게 맞을까요?
상대 원딜이 진짜 잘 커서 원딜만 잡아주면 된다! 싶으면 그냥 탱커 무시하고 물관템 사고,
상대 팀에 탱커(or 브루저) 2~3명 있어서 아군 원딜이랑 같이 딜해줘야 할 듯하면 블클에 세릴다 올립니다.
옛날 영상에서 알려준 그대로 정복자 들고 1렙부터 빡 푸쉬해서 말파 묶어놓고 유성 활용 제대로 못하게 하니까 쉽던데
이런 플레이에 문제점이 있어서 감전으로 갈아타신 건가요?
