@@seanm7539 as far as I know: beef, marinated and barbecued lamb and his wife loved to make fried chicken. One other contributor may have been that he worked at home in a barn that had a very bad bat infestation. Seriously, bat guano inches thick in the loft area. Looking back, he may have had a sars Covid infection from breathing the dust and residing the barn. My older brother told me he complained of pains in his legs. Definitely sounds like blood clots.
He didn’t die because of the meat he died because of the inflammation cause by other parts of his diet.

You don't know that. Stop looking for an excuse for your own delusions. Meats, especially red meats, are high in saturated fats which increase the level of cholesterol. That excess cholesterol can do serious damage to the cardiovascular system by clogging the arteries, resulting in strokes or heart attacks, like in this case. Overconsumption on any type of food can lead to all kinds of illnesses, because there's no food that has ALL the nutrients we require in perfect amounts. So excluding essential food sources always leads to deficiencies somewhere on the other side. Since we're omnivores by nature we need a well balanced diet consisting not only of animal protein and fats, but also of plants for fiber, which is essential for a healthy gut microbiome, and vitamins and minerals, but also for unsaturated fats in order to keep our cholesterol in balance. It's ALL about balance and good combination of different food sources for optimal nutritional value. The more versatile the diet - the more health benefits for the body.

He's eating like 325 g of protein a day. That's way too much for a guy his size. He's like my height and I eat between 160 g to 200 g a day and even that is considered high to some people but I also do weightlifting and other workouts almost everyday. I'm also way heavier than him.

I never understood what was so difficult about people eating vegetables. I ate them as a kid and not because my parents made me I actually liked the taste of vegetables. I grew up believing that you should try something before you say you hate it.
No, its been proven that vegetables does more harm than good. They just want all of us to get sick faster.

I have tried a lot of vegtables and dont like them just becasue you like something doesnt mean other people do. Just about everyone hates well done steak and while its not my prefrence mine is medium I actually like well done steak as well and for me the hate is unjust.

I know people like to make jokes about vegans any time a video like this is up. But, just speaking as a vegan, I do not wish harm on anyone... so it’s weird to see vegans being associated with things like “most wanted” or someone left a comment about assassination and that’s just totally not it, not me at least. I can’t speak for everyone though...I know there are crazy vegans out there.
I just find people like this to be quite ignorant in terms of what they’re putting into their bodies, which is disease. Whereas plant based diet has the power to heal and even reverse disease. It’s been proven to reverse diabetes. Most people don’t know that fat is the cause of diabetes... people think sugar is the problem, but the inability to control blood sugar is a symptom, not the cause.

Bloodraven 89 I use to work at an Outback Steakhouse but after eating meat for some while it gets over done. I prefer seafood and salad salmon is my favorite. Man I never felt so healthy.
As some others have said, meat isn't the problem. He eats processed breads and sugary sauces and cheeses (basically junk food), and doesn't look like he exercises. If he ate just meat (preferably grass fed), drank water, and exercised regularly, it'd be a controversial yet fine diet. It's a shame the meat has to take the fall as usual.

I am a meat eater. I grew up eating a dinner that was comprised by a meat, starch, and a veggie. I never really liked the veggie or an accompanying salad. As I grew older, I realized that it was how the veggies were cooked or the ingredients in the salad. I absolutely hated Brussels sprouts for most of my life, until my friends gf made it as part of a dinner. I couldn’t not eat it, because I feel that it would be rude. Well I ate them, and absolutely fell in love with them. As for salad, I just made changes on the lettuce and other ingredients, and thru trial and error, I found a bunch of varieties that I really enjoy.
