Really liked this one. The stunts were just as gnarly but it felt more wholesome and less mean spirited than the previous ones. Not sure if that's because Bam isn't in it or because they're getting older and more "mature". Probably a bit of both.
The new kids fit in pretty well, really well actually but the experienced old dogs outclassed them in every way, with um, experience. Poor Ehren, that dudes nuts got hammered.

How is this more mature then other movies?. Film was filled with nuts and dicks. All they did were hitting eachothers nuts. As a teen, I always wanted to be brave (daft) enough to attempt their “Jackassary” but then I grew up and realised you needed to be a “special” kind of person to do what they do. Been watching these guys since the early 2000s. 22 this year and really want to see this. The good ol' days of watching jackass and skateboarding. Bloody amazing.
Back then it was the early days of youtube (well 2005 when youtube came out), PS2, Thug games, runescape, skateboarding, simpsons, southpark, goths, emos and demons etc.
It was an amazing time to be alive. Remember we'd go to the video store and get tapes or dvd's of jackass or videogames. I really miss it. Anybody else the same age and miss those good old days? Because I really feel bad for kids now growing up in a very political obsessed, social media orientated life. And that TikTok garbage too.

My best and oldest friend recently passed away from cancer. When we were teenagers we grew watching Jackass and Wildboyz on TV. We watched all the movies. He absolutely LOVED Jackass. Long story short: The Crew offered to help Bam to get clean, and he instead went on a vicious tirades blaming them for why he was so fucked up right now.
He made threats to the director's kids, started money scrounging, said and did nasty shit about everyone and acts like a fucking child who can't get his own way.
Ehren continues to find lower lows when it comes to the stunts NOBODY wants to do. So glad he's still on board!

This won't be the last time. They're passing the torch onto new cast members who keep it going for years to come and one day, the new cast members will have passed it on again, so that people 100 years from now, will still be watching.

@@OfficialJBAllen I doubt it'll be half as successful as the original Jackass crew. The reason jackass is so good and entertaining is the cast, period. We've grown with these guys through the good and bad and they almost feel like family. It'll be hard or impossible to recaoture that with a new group of people, because like I said, it wasn't just a bunch of random people hurting themselves that made the show good.
@@tricursor2481 Totally understandable, but the original cast is fully aware of their camaraderie and how it appeals to their fans, so they're not just pulling in random people off the streets to take their place. These are hand-selected individuals who will carry on the core values of the franchise. Only time will tell.
