There is a softness and a subtlety to your voice that gives it so much character and definition. You are an incredibly passionate singer as well. I can see it in your eyes and on your face that you are giving life to every word that you are singing. You can only go so far with training your voice and focusing on technique, but you really lose yourself to your voice when you sing. You are a stylistic genius, and have the ability to bring so much vibrancy to each of your lines. When you sing, you look so vulnerable, and the delicacy of your voice allows for you to communicate how you feel with your audience. It is clear you have a natural voice that was meant to touch hearts everywhere. As well as being an awe-inspiring singer, you are a talented and free dancer. You master each Pentagon choreography flawlessly. Your movements are loose, yet concrete, and it allows so much of your own personal expression to be infused with your movement. You effortlessly connect your mind to your body, and whatever concept you present is reflected in the way that you move. Yuto's part in this is "pause-the-song-rewind-and-listen-to-it-ten-times-in-a-row" amazing. It has such an interesting feeling - the whole song feels a little mystical and ethereal, but I think his rap is one of the best parts. There's an emotion to it that can't quite be described and it's very strong.
Honestly this song is a masterpiece and deserves more love. It seems like Japanese releases from K-pop groups are often underappreciated but DAMN this is good. I wish more people knew about it.

I think I understand the meaning behind the song title and the MV: as shown with their individual shots, our boys are sad when they are alone. But as the MV and song progress, they find their galaxy, their COSMO aka their UNIVERSE. Wooseok. You have this presence that is so unlike any of your members or any musician I’ve ever seen before. My first time coming across Pentagon was when I heard some of your songs for the first time. I didn’t even know what any of you looked like, but your voice alone made me want to keep coming back to it. Your voice is so strong and powerful and completely pierces through every Pentagon track with its uniqueness. You bring every Pentagon song to life with a voice that defines the nature of your music. There are so many layers and different characteristics that make up your voice and its range. It really gives character to your style and compliments the tone of the rest of the members. On one track, you’re rapping effortlessly and emotionally, and on another, you’re stealing the hearts of Universe with your soulful vocals. I can just tell that you have such a desire and connection to singing and rapping because we can feel what you feel through your own voice. It’s even more wondrous that you already have created your own music and are an expert in songwriting. I always think that writing lyrics is a difficult process, but when I really listen to your work it seems as if all that you do is completely pour your heart out in your composition. That’s the beauty of music, and you really know how to make a statement or speak to your audience using your own experiences. You were born to be on stage with a microphone in your hand to create magic, but you are an impressionable dancer all of the same. You really know how to make each second count and you dance with so much energy and enjoyment every time that you hit the stage. Not only do you have such accuracy and precision, but also incorporate a piece of you with every choreography that makes it performance memorable. You always do an unexpected action that stays in the hearts of Universe. I love that your dancing is so diverse and you never fail to try something new. No performance is like the last and you always strive for excellence. To bring happiness and hard work together is a gift and it is so clear that being an idol is your calling. You seem so comfortable on the stage overall and always give Universe all that you have to give. I’ve never seen a person be able to spark laughter in another the way that you can. You have so much spontaneity and a burst of energy that never seems to go out. I noticed almost instantly that when your members seem to be restless, you are active for them and bring their energy back up to match yours. Yeo One. I will start by addressing your musicality. Your voice is a wonder and phenomenon unlike any I’ve ever heard. I know you are very creative and specific about your lyrics, and I wanted to comment on how poetic you are when it comes to creating them. Your voice is enchanting and elegant as hearing the music in a fairy tale. It is so wistful and it easy to get lost in the grace of it. It has such a magical and warming effect on every Pentagon song that I hear and gives them all so much life. You are so passionate about signing and a piece of your heart is incorporated into each line that you sing. All the while, your dancing is classy and charming. It is so evident how much effort you put into mastering your choreographies but when you’re on stage, it just looks like second nature to you. You place so much emphasis on each of your movements to make sure that your Universe can take in each one. You are very articulate and expressive as well. Your facial expressions completely guide your dancing as well and you are incredibly skilled with infusing your emotion into your body movements. It is sincerely a gift getting to watch you waltz across the stage with undeniable precision and self-expression all wove together into one. In all, you are one of the most creative artists that I’ve known, You really have such a way with words and that has had such a grand impact on music today. There is nobody who could replicate your sound or the different perspective that you have on music. I’ve been a K-Pop fan for almost a decade and I’ve come to know so many different people, but I’ve learned so much from you when I least expected to. Your voice completely warms my heart and fills my soul with love and passion. There is so much emotion and feeling behind every single word that you sing. Your voice just glides right into every track and every cover you’ve ever done. What I particularly love about your vocal ability is that rather than singing about a concept or story, your voice becomes the story. The heights and places that your voice take your Universe is limitless and I feel as if I can empathize with everything that you’re going through because of how you express it with your voice. Every note sounds like an urgency to share your heart with us and you do so effortlessly every single time. I know that you work hard and you always want your Universe to believe in your music. Since I’ve gotten the chance to focus only on you, I’ve found that my words have failed me more and more to explain what I’m seeing to the point where I now, just have no words. I am completely speechless. Often, I have to stop what I’m watching and attempt to process what I have just seen though I never really am able to. I know that from experience because you have been completely taking my breath and words away with each performance. I’ve never seen anybody move the way that you can, and I likely never will. You capture and can say so much with just your body alone. You combine your love for your Universe and your calling to dance to light up the stage and communicate with your movements. Just your gaze and facial expressions alone are so impactful when you’re dancing. You are an all-around ace when it comes to performing and it’s clear that you are a natural-born dancer. You were meant to be up on stage touching hearts and taking the breath away of so many people. Not many people end up doing what they want to do as a profession, but it only seems like fate that you’ve become the musician that you are today. The relationship that you have with your members is beyond anything I can understand. I learned very quickly that you have this unbreakable respect for them and that is the most important value to have when interacting with another person in anyway. In just a short matter of time I was able to pick up on how much you love your members and allow yourself to be whatever they need you to be. One of my favorite parts about you is how you never miss an opportunity to encourage them to speak up, make decisions for themselves, or share their talents. You always see the best in them and are their voice when they don’t have one. I can tell that you pay close attention to them when they’re speaking or when there is something they’re determined to achieve. Because of this, there’s never been a doubt that you’ve always strongly cared about them as much as you possibly can. The dynamic between Pentagon therefore is more than just a group, but a family of brothers. You bring the members closer together and are undoubtedly the one of the biggest reasons why all of you have been able to overcome your hardships together. Universe have watched all of the members grow over the years because of your guidance and dependency. I simply love how how you see other people and the way that you trust and understand them is truly a gift. Sometimes it’s hard to find the people you can really give your heart to and you’ve done that and urge Universe to find that same beauty in life. I work so hard every day to be to my friends and family what you are to yours. You are truly my role model in this regard and we can’t thank you enough for always just being there for the people that love you and who you love. In the same way, you are a place of safety and security for your Universe. You have always had our backs even when we didn’t expect anybody to be there. The fact that you can cheer us up with just a few words is a representation of the power you have in your heart to change lives. You really do care about people, and us especially. You always strive to work harder for us but what you give us is already more than we could ever imagine. The way that you are able to take grasp of a feeling or emotion and then give it you your listeners is a force that drives music. I love the way that you approach certain situations and events in the world and the way that you interpret them is so artistic and realistic. I know that you have been through a lot, both personally and professionally with your members. You’ve endured so much and have always try to reassure your Universe not to feel any pain for you even though we want to share it with you and help relieve it. Learning about all of your stories over the past couple of years put into perspective just how much effort you have put in; and I know sometimes it doesn’t always pay off as nearly as much as it should. You have so much strength and perseverance to be standing here today and to be able to touch on how much you have accomplished. I understand that one of your own personal goals and goals as a group have been to get your first win, and now, when I became an official Universe, it finally happened. I can’t even begin to speak on how proud we are and will always be that you can finally say that you made it. Every tear that you shedded was a reminder of all of the hours and moments that you spent giving your all, and I matched every single one of yours with one of my own. I feel so much pride and honor saying that I am one of your fans and supporters. Above anything else, Universe are so proud that we can say we might have helped make this happen. I can still see how much this iconic reward has meant to you and I can tell that it now has justified your efforts. I am so pleased and happy for you because I know that this is something you’ve been waiting for since even before your debut. You might see this as a goal that you all met, but I see it as you helping other members in your family reach that same dream. You helped make somebody’s dreams come true, and this is the greatest way to give love to another person. Your faith in your members is the only reason that you all are able to come here today and this is just the start of your dreams coming true. Yuto. I watched an interview of you before the announcement of your “Daisy” comeback, and it happened to be one of the most raw and honest content I’d ever seen. I wasn’t expecting to see you so blunt and even worried about your future because I’d always known Pentagon as such an upbeat and peppy group. It turns out, I didn’t know the reality of the situation that you were all were living on and I didn’t know of the struggles that you’ve faced. The way in which you were answering the questions had me completely re-thinking what I thought about you before. You were so honest and real about the worries and concerns that you had about your position as an idol in Pentagon that I had no idea about prior to just a few years ago. I instantly felt this maturity and desperation for success that represented your character just from this one interview alone. Just from this, I respected you so much more. I had this new love and appreciation for you and all that you work for, not only as an idol but as Yuto. When I watched you afterwards, I read all of your performances differently and could really understand what performing actually means to you. You have, without a doubt, one of the most versatile voices I’ve known just from this element of your voice alone. Regardless of if the song is slower and more emotional, or fast-paced and exciting, there is always this rawness and power behind each of your lines and it creates this signature sound that everyone has become familiar with. Not only can you rap, but you can do so while infusing some vocal components with is as well. Your voice is clear, controlled, and always has so much passion behind it. I anticipate hearing how you will make each song your own and establish such a diverse musical atmosphere for Pentagon.
