It wasnt her that was toxic, it was three of her top producers that were power tripping, being racist and sexist. She was kept out of the loop to focus on hosting and to see everything as positive as the show did hinge on that. But when she was made aware, she fired those producers, promoted tWitch to producer status, basically owned up to the mistake and did everything she could about it.
It’s so manipulative how it’s the person’s “true colors” when they make mistakes (or in this case be judged by mistakes made by others). And how quick it is for everyone to forget all the love and joy she put out, the thousands, maybe millions of lives she’s changed and helped.
I hope you don’t get judged by your mistakes. Bless you.

Seeing the love between these two has really helped me form a positive opinion on Ellen despite what the media has been saying about her lately. How could someone who experiences love this strongly for another human being be a bad person in any way, shape or form? I hope that things are getting better for Ellen overall!
Every person out there reading this, just remember that you deserve a Soul Mate Love as well! No one can judge if she is a good person or not. But just because she is nice to her wife doesn't mean she isn't mean to other people. Celebrities are nice to other celebrities and rich people because they have to be. But they treat "mortals" like crap.
Given what happened last summer, I want to make a few points: None of the accusations directly targeted Allen, and in fact Ellen's problem was why, even though she was in charge there, as much as what was happening there. Did not pay enough attention. And secondly, that a series of accusations are rumored and ridiculous, which means that no one can look at the face now, or where did Ellen commit a racist act ?! And thirdly, that Ellen's responsibility had accidentally been passed on to other people, and those people unfortunately wolves in sheep's clothing came out of the water and caused trouble for themselves, and you saw that he fired them. Fourth, Allen admitted all her mistakes and said that he accepts them and tries to learn from them, and this does not happen anymore, and that in any case, he is responsible for it and he should have paid more attention, and that is why she is sorry ... and fifth, that In my opinion, even in this situation, given that Ellen has accepted responsibility for her mistakes, she should do it and support it, not change her mind in two seconds and take a stand against it.
