As soon as I saw Gardevoir at #2, I somehow knew Oak was gonna throw a curve and put that one at #1. I don't know why or how, but in my heart of hearts, I felt it.
Honestly, I’ve expected Ditto to be Nr.1, being able to transform into whoever/whatever your target is into is a standard ability for Succubi in most media, right? Not surprising that Nessa is in the top 5, Gamefreak knows how to make human characters ridiculously attractive
