    HI Jessica. I love your prenatal videos so much, but sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for since you have such an extensive, amazing library. Would you consider making prenatal playlists that are divided by trimester? That way an expecting mama can search by trimester if she's short on time. I'm very grateful for these morning sickness ones at the moment. Thank you again for all you do for us mamas and babies!

    I'm at 10 weeks and can hardly get out of bed with morning sickness the past few weeks. This video has been a god send. I just roll a mat out on the floor. It's mostly laying down anyway and do this. I feel so much better every time. Thank you.

    this short and simple workout is perfect 💛 so sick today but I havent worked out in 2 weeks, really needed a quick exercise. the pregnancy affirmation really helped, I can catch up on the days I feel better ! ✨

    This video was absolutely wonderful to do. I’m 11 weeks with 2nd baby and I’ve been feeling guilty after only going to the gym a handful of times during my first trimester thanks to exhaustion, flu and sickness… pre-pregnancy I was lifting super heavy and getting so strong! And I’ve felt so weak and tired. But this video even after one go at it has relaxed my whole body so much and given me those movement-related endorphins without having to even leave my house. Thank you SO much. I’m also in the middle of qualifying as an ante and post natal personal trainer and this is so inspiring and exciting.

    I love your workouts! I'm so excited to start them from the beginning this time. Please do more workouts like this! This is my second pregnancy and the fatigue is so much worse while trying to keep up with a toddler. And the bloating is REAL! Do you have any good exercises for when you're bloated and gassy and have no time or energy?
