The one of the villager actually works, but it needs to have the weakness effect, and you have to right click the villager with the golden apple

You have to splash a zombie villager with the weakness potion and then right click it with the golden apple to cure it to turn it into a normal villager and it will give you cheaper trades

A lot of these I found out before watching actually.
Endermen through glass, Pigman aggravate, borders, wither spawn (they don't spawn on snow because there are blocks obstructing armpits, same applies with iron golems), etc.
Zombie villagers do turn to villagers as long as they have weakness. They take 5 minutes to recover to a villager.

For the zombie villager one you have to use the golden apple and a weakness potion. I saw many people do this before.
