    Im addicted to sugar.. Sugary drinks, chocolate, chocolate brownies.. I could eat a whole tree of fruit and still not be satisfied until i had chocolate haha

      I love chocolate, too and if you eat Raw or Dark Chocolate it can have health benefits!! I love dipping fruit in chocolate myself!

      Junk food is good but it’s not gonna help us lose weight if that’s our goal. Although there is some exceptions to having things like chocolate (girls you know this ) you can have a sweet craving and satisfy it but once you’ve done that you gotta train yourself to eat healthy when you aren’t craving bad food:)

    Hi, I wanna share my story.
    I've really been trying to stop eating junk food for the last year, but it wasn't until the last few weeks (I injured an ankle on a really silly way) that I realized that I'm a junk food adict. I've gained like 30 pounds the last 2-3 years and it's really painful and sad, it's making me feel miserable and angry about my looks.
    I love Coke and potato chips/Cheetos/Doritos/etc so (I know it's a few time) but today I finished my 4th day without eating junk food and soda. I hope that, as the time passes by, I will be able to eliminate some other kind of unhealthy food, but right now I'm starting with the most difficult thing, that is the one that I'm more addicted.
    I feel tired and I crave for some junk food, but I know this will end soon. I wanna share some of the things that I experience in this journey. I'm feeling confident and i hope that if you're on a battle against junk food you will be victorious! xx

    I’m 10 and I’m 62.3kg.My story is from 4 years ago I have been eating junk food since my family was rich I just bought a lot of snacks and stuff.I have been shamed by my family which is sad I spent countless nights crying I Worked out.But my mom always gives me junk food for school lunch and I can’t eat healthy.Please pray for me thank you

    Around this time when the video was made/ uploaded i was a health addict/ vegan, about 1 year ago i started eating junk food. I think its the fact that i was battling homelessness and debt that the stress really göt to me and i started to use junk food as a stress reliever. Right now im in a better position and i want to start over and eat healthy again. I know im kinda late but thank you for your content and wish me luck lol!

    I love all of the tips you have in this video. I try not to be an all or nothing person but I believe with fast food and processed foods that if you consume any you will become so addicted that you can't stop due to the engineering of this type of food. The worst fast food and processed food times for me are before work and after work. I love the tip you have of eating something healthy before leaving work so you won't be tempted to go to the ridiculous amount of fast food places you go pass on your way home from work. Definitely keep these types of videos coming. They have been super helpful to me and keeps me on the path to great health.

    I just thought about something...When you eat junk food, you usually start overeating so if you get yourself to start eating more vegetables then you probably won't overeat considering vegetables don't taste quite as good as most Junk Food.

    I think it's time I seek help with a doctor or professional. I've been super addicted to fast food for 2 years now. Last year I tried to eat healthy, but I just can't seem to do it on my own. My husband doesn't understand that I have an addiction.

      eph elle you'd be AMAZED to know what they spend on food science research- studying taste combos and all kinds of stuff to develop an addictive overt simulating food. One so tasty it overcomes your survival urge to not eat poison. ::

    Before my pregnancy I used to weight 230 lbs after I had my baby I went down to 190 I never ate junk food during my whole pregnacy I hated pizza McDonalds chips candies lol even though now I hate hamburgers ,and pizza ,chips ,candies now im down to 180 ! Yayyy

    This was so good to watch. I think acknowledging the years and years of eating and soothing with junk food need a serious response.
    I’m guilty of overeating chips. Big bag gone! But now that I hear this breakdown.😦😳 I knew it was bad however now I know why I could eat so much! Yikes! Whole Foods. Nutrient dense foods here I come!!

    I gained weight due to a medication. I gained 30+ pounds in LESS than 4 months. You might not think that is possible but my weight was tracked by a professional and unfortunately, it happened. I never cared about how I ate and what I wanted to eat and my habits until I wanted to start losing the weight I gained. I've never been able to control myself and I would love to lose 35+ pounds but I just have no idea how to control my appetite.

    how do i satisfy the feeling of initially eating junk food? the feeling of having something sweet or really salty in my body is what makes me eat junk food, and i want to curb it somehow or replace it entirely

    I grew up with really unhealthy parents. My mom would always under eat and my dad would always over eat. There was not a vegetable in my house growing up. But now I changed by myself. I run 2 miles 5 days a week and eat vegetables and fruits all the time. And I can tell you right now that she is completely right! The best way to change is to just stop eating bad, of course it's hard but it's possible.

    I’m not addicted to junk food, I’m addicted to the ease of access, if healthy food was as easy as driving up to the restaurant window, buy a $1 healthy meal, and drive away, I would do it and I wouldn’t think twice about what I ate, but I’m busy and manage many things through the day.

      wean yourself off with your favourite fruits they are sweet so you won't feel deprived but will be getting nutritional benefits and reprogramming your body for adaptation to a clean diet after a while (few days) you won't crave them then start eating more health and rewarding yourself with sweet fruits and more healthy options instead ,it worked for me....goodluck:)

      lil bby yes it does and it isnt just mindset it is a real addiction like sugar as soon as it touches the tongue it release dopamine so your brain associates sugar with reward so you decrease it gradually and switch sugar with something else that’s healthy

    I have a couple of pieces in my wardrobe that are only going to fit me once I'm at my goal weight. When I feel powerless over my cravings, I try the clothes on and it puts me back in the correct frame of mind. As I progress it's great to see how much closer I am to fitting into those clothes. In the meantime I also reward myself with makeup and once I reach my goal weight I'm going to celebrate by taking a trip to a spa and having the full deal.

      I think I read somewhere that potatoes are the most addictive food in the works, I.e. potato chips, French fries, hash browns.

    So I don’t think we have to give up junk food entirely. I’ve stopped drinking soda and sugary drinks but maybe in special occasion I’ll get a coke but mostly I stick to water. I also still eat chips and Chocolate and pizza all of that. But within reason. I try to eat good most of them time but every once in a while I treat my self. It’s about portion control and quantity sometimes

    I'm really struggling with quitting coffee and other caffeine products.
    It's gotten to the point where I get the shakes, intense stress and a hair trigger temper.
    Do you have any advice? I'm pretty sure that I need to quit for life but I'm not certain of a good approach.

      If caffeine affects you that way you really need to stop drinking caffeinated coffee. Try drinking decaf and maybe slowly wean yourself off that, too. BTW, a lot of sodas have caffeine, too, especially Mountain Dew and chocolate contains caffeine. If you drink/eat these items too, you are getting more caffeine from them. Also, those energy drinks such as Red Bull ? Loaded with caffeine. Years ago (over 15) I worked with a bunch of guys who drank those types of drink religiously because we worked 12 hour shifts and they didn't get enough sleep. One co-worker had a heart attack one day while bicycling 15 miles from home to work. He died at the age of 40 due to a bad heart and drinking those caffeinated type drinks. Sad.

    After 15 years, I realized I had a junk food addiction. Doesn't matter if I'm super happy and fulfilled or depressed and defeated, one piece of junk food will set me on a two week binge of junk food (and NOTHING ELSE) and binge watching Netflix.

    once I learned from Corrina the information that I needed to stop eating and drinking processed foods I stopped. Plus I gave up sugar coffee and Dairy

    My food addiction is litteralh the hardest I’ve ever had to deal with. I had an alcohol problem and a smoking problem and I’ve been sober for years but according to my BMI I’m obese. I workout regularly and I have plenty of muscle but my downfall is my binge eating habits specifically pastas and meat. Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is my absolute weakness along with key lime pie chicken Alfredo brownies and mash potatoes. It’s ridiculousI hope I can get over my addiction

      Make your own. I cringe at the price of California Roll when the restaurants around where I live don't even use real crab meat. A 1 lb. can cost between $7 and $10 and it only takes about 2 oz. per roll (8 pieces). You can get Nori (the seaweed wrappers) at the local Asian food grocery store. Not hard to make and when you make it yourself it's much better and a lot cheaper. Also, you can impress your friends when you get good at making it, LOL ! P.S. I don't make any of the fresh fish types because it is recommended that you buy sushi grade fish from a local fish market and I haven't searched for it in my area (the Asian market may sell it). I get my sushi fix by eating the California roll and save a bundle on it so I can eat it more often (once I open the 1 lb. can as it only lasts about a week in the frig).

    I’m addicted to sweets, fast food, and fried foods. Basically all junk foods lol. Im trying to muster up the strength to give up junk food until I get to my goal weight and then just practice mindfully eating to sustain my weight.
